HORRIBLE MANAGER

WHEN I FIRST RENTED THIS APT I ASKED THE MANEGER IF MY KIDS ARE ALLOWED TO GO OUT AND PLAY WHEN MY KIDS WERE OUTSIDE PLAYING SHE SCREAMED AT MY KIDS WHO DIDN'T DO ANYTHING WRONG. MY KIDS STARTED TO CRY .
