Property Ratings at Juno Winter Park
Do not be fooled by the pretty interior and fancy amenities because Juno Winter Park is not luxury living. You will pay a hefty price to live in a glorified party complex with parties occurring all days of the week, and a management team that does not take any responsibility in resolving the ongoing noise issues. There is no courtesy officer on staff. Instead, we are directed to call a dispatch for a local security company that is supposed to respond to noise complaints. The system is highly ineffective since the security officers are dispatched to various apartment communities in the area. As a result, the security officers do not arrive in a timely manner, meaning the parties go on for hours, keeping other residents awake. After calling the security company on several occasions and making complaints to the front office staff, we are still dealing with disrespectful neighbors on a consistent basis. More recently, we were directed to call the police. The office staff and management team are now making this our responsibility to resolve the noise issues, compromising our ability to get a decent night of sleep. So once again, do not be fooled by Juno Winter Park. Complaints are not taken seriously. Management does not respond to issues. Residents are allowed to behave in whatever manner they see fit. Plus, you will be paying way too much money to live in a community that prioritizes filling units over ensuring a quiet and peaceful place for their hard working residents to live.

If you are looking for a safe place, Juno is not the right place for you. My packages disappear constantly and the management office never responds for anything.

After living here for months, I feel I can now post a fair review, the building and the amenities are very nice, the location is also great with easy access to I4 and the surrounding Winter Park area. However, soon after moving in we noticed the noise, the apartments have large windows that are not sound proof, any noise from the pool area or the balconies can be heard in the bedrooms and living room, college kids play beer pong on the ping pong table late pass 11pm, loud "house parties" in the apartments that also go on pass 11pm can be heard through the entire building, even people talking on the balconies closest to your windows can be heard, the gym and two extra exercise rooms are nice but not clean, there's a coffee machine in the lobby area that is nice to have but also dirty and messy most of the time, the pool area looks clean and spacious, same with the skydeck. The property management unfortunately have not addressed these concerns, if the building and amenities were not this nice, I would rate it even less than 2 stars, so to resume I do not recommend this apartment.

Located close to a college and can feel very dorm-like. Common areas are often left messy by residents. You can hear everything in the halls, in your next door neighbors apartments, and outside. The building itself is nice but with these issues it doesn't feel suitable for families.

So it is a luxury apt. Great amenities and great location. But there are issues. Lots of Rollins College students that do not care about being responsible. Several times have seen puke and blood in elevators. They do not enforce the animal breed restriction. Currently the is a 90 lb German Sheppard and a very large Doberman (this owner does not clean up after his pet)living here. Pet owners, many college students, do not clean up after their pets. Is it worth more than $2k per month? I am still working on that.
