So far I have loved living at K2. Its clean- the maintenance staff is quick and most importantly, its safe. While it may seem pricier than other places, its really not that much more and what you get is so worth it!

No complaints! I will say I wish I could just pay for WiFi with my rent and not use the cable provider as I prefer streaming. Xfinity’s streaming option is very bad

Great apartment so far. Easy move in and responsive service. The amenities are very nice and not crowded. The gym could use additional weights/machines and it would be nice if there was a barbell to use.

Solid place to live. West loop area is quite vibrant. By train station which is quite loud sometimes. Great amenities including basketball court. 24/7 concierge is also nice.

The apartment community is great. There are a lot of events that are very welcoming. The staff is always on top of their game. Anytime I have an issue. It gets taken care of within 24 hours.

Best building in Chicago and I mean it! I have never had an apartment with such an incredible staff and the most luxury amenities. Plus, it's in one of the best pats of the city!
The K2 building is located in a great location. They keep the building nice and clean. The staff have all been really nice and helpful since I’ve moved in.

Building has a nice entrance and friendly staff. The appliances in the units are older but work fine. The location is great - right by Fulton Market and a block away from a grocery store. The resident hallways need a deep clean and new carpeting. The dog park is open to anyone. And the choice of gravel makes dogs incredibly dirty and dusty if they play on it. Astroturf and cement would be far more appropriate choices if they’re willing to clean and upkeep. The small dog park in front of the building astroturf hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. The units aren’t horribly sound proof but I’ve been fortunate to have a fairly quiet floor.
I just moved in and the building has great amenities and helpful employees. The apartment is clean and appliances are new. It gets bright in my room early and I can hear the trains / highway.
Lovely staff, beautiful amenities and perfect location to Fulton market and Randolph! I can not rave more about this place as it was the perfect introduction to life in the West Loop.
The leasing office staff are some of the nicest people you will meet. They respond quickly to inquiries and they are always professional which is so helpful for first time tenants.
In general, the building is maintained well and kept clean. The maintenance people respond very quickly to requests, which I really appreciate. The amenity is pretty good. The only negative thing about the building is how easy the sound travels through walls and floors. If you have a noisy neighbor or people in the gym are dropping dumbbells very loud, you can hear them pretty easily.
Location location location! Walk way to Jewel super great amenity that allows direct access between buildings. Blue line provides easy connectivity to both airports and in walking distance to Ogilvey and Union Station.
K2 is a great place to live. It's in a fabulous part of town with great restaurants nearby. The building is always clean, staff is prompt when maintenance requests are made with great communications. The apartment has very nice amenities, pool, workout center, theater, party rooms etc.
This place is very clean and safe. The concierge is super helpful and management is always responsive. The price is a little high compared to other places in the area.

Very relaxing and quiet atmosphere. The nice and casual walk to nearby restaurants is a plus. A leisurely walk to Michigan Ave is minutes away. The view are incredible from every angle! Just don't like the train notice.
Have been here for over 4 years and love the convenience of the location, maintenance requests and overall ease of living in this building. We have been in 2 units so far and have loved both. I would love to make more use of all of the great amenities such as the theater, basketball court, pool table and swimming pool but have not made it a priority. Looking forward to doing that in the upcoming months!
Just renewed my lease to stay at K2 apartments so that speaks volumes. Very affordable compared to other buildings in the area. Staff has been friendly and responsive whenever a maintenance issue has occurred.

A bit expensive. The internet seems to throttle down pretty substantially during peak hours. To the point that I had issues with carrying video calls. Building is well maintained and always staffed.
Its about the location for me first, apartment types second and pool third. K2 Apartments have all three! The Jewel-Osco walk-way is definitely and added bonus amenity, especially on cold winter weather days or rainy days.
My pup and I absolutely love living at K2 so much we are going on our 4th lease here! The staff is incredibly friendly, the building is well maintained, the amenities are great, and the community is super dog friendly.
Its pretty ok here but the price has gone up alot. The staff is good, the amenities and appliances work well. The neighbors are ok. There has been an increase in events if you like that stuff.
I recently moved to the community and am enjoying every moment here . The community follows all the safety measure and make sure the residents are safe
K2 has been a terrific resident experience thus far. I feel safe and looked out for. The staff is very responsive and I know they are here to help. This is a major stress relief. I highly recommend this place!
Community, management, and maintenance are fantastic. My biggest gripe right now is with the amenities. It’s frustrating that the amenities all close at 10PM, including the party room. When booking/renting the space out for a party, 10PM seems early to have people out by, however, I understand this is maintenance has time to clean up. Also, I tried using the theater room for the first time this week, and was very disappointed to see that the theater room seems to be in a wifi deadzone. The wifi would connect on my laptop right outside the room, and drop when I walked in. This means we can only watch what’s on cable or what we have already downloaded to our devices in the theater room. The projector was also not aligned with the screen it was projecting on at all. The rent is not cheap here, which is in part justified by the amenities provided, so it is disappointing when the amenities don’t turn as expected. Other than that’s it’s a fantastic place and the people are very friendly.
Just moved in last month but my husband has lived here for 5 years! Overall we have had a great experience. Maintenance is very responsive and quick [if you put in a request in the morning, they will be there by the early afternoon]. Common areas are kept extremely clean. Concierge is helpful. Love that there is a bridge connection to Jewel Osco. My only complaint is the mailroom is a bit chaotic, and multiple times we have had packages that go missing - sometimes they are found but a couple times they have not. Concierge told me the first time that Management would refund me and they entered a request twice, but I never heard anything.
We love K2, incredible staff at the front desk, management and maintenance. We enjoy the amenities and have all around had a great experience living here.

Another great Chicago Summer. K2 close proximity to Rulton Market outdoor restaurants, Randolph Street Festival and Blue Line access for all downtown events makes this a great lcoation to live!

Everything is great so far! Wish we had access to dry cleaners in-building like the building next door (Tide lockers) but nothing to complain about at all. The staff are really helpful and kind you can't beat the level of access we have to Jewel Osco using the private resident bridge.
