I had the pleasure of working with Dawn and she made my entire move in process smooth and stress free. She was very kind and knowledgeable that I had also referred my friends who are looking for a place to make an appointment with her. Dawn also continues to help me even after I moved in with any questions or concerns that I have. Maintenance is also better then any place I've stayed before. Within a day or two my maintanance issues are resolved. I can see myself living here for a very long time.
Maintenance team fixes issue quickly and in a timely manner. Location in Kapolei is great.

I've lived at Kalaeloa Rental Homes for almost 3 years. With all the storage and backyard, it is hard to live in another apartment anywhere. Location is great, close to popular beaches as well.
So far it is great. Haven't had any problems. It has a great atmosphere and nice neighbors as far as I can tell. Agents are pretty professional and straightforward with any questions we had..

The viewing and application process was smooth and easy. I came in office asked for availability and Keely took me right away to view the open units. She also knew all the answers to my questions and walked me through the application process. I applied and within hours she called back and told me I’m approved. Came in on a Friday and was in my unit by that next Tuesday. Mahalo for the smooth fast transition into our new home.

Staff is amazing, wish the payment portal and reward apps were intuitive to figure out. Amenities are ok, unless you’re in the older buildings close to the main office, it’s kind if inconvenient to travel to. Having at least a resident gym in each community would be amazing.

So much quieter than Honolulu. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Residents aren't cramed together like sardines. The homes are roomy and well maintained.

Love the location, how spacious the homes are, the amenities are nice they have multiple parks, a pool, a gym, dog park , and I also love how quickly the maintenance teams come to repair any work orders around the home.

I like our apartment. The rules are great! It's quite here. Our neighbors are okay. If there is a maintenance problem, they are on it. The workout room is great.

There’s things that still needed to be repaired that we had listed and never gotten done. It’s pretty pricey with the utilities, but overall I mean it’s still a nice convenient place the layout and everything is great.

dogs still bark like crazy after many times telling the manager, people here that own dogs are irresponsible. Maintenance crew is good though and goes on site fast

If you enjoy space and a quiet neighborhood, this is the place. Plenty street parking, and that real nice. Close to shopping and freeway. Glad I moved here. And Costco Down the street.

Kaimana is beautiful overall with great spacious living. Great staff and amenities. Homes are beautifully maintained
This is a beautiful place to live but beware it's expensive... Bills seem to constantly get higher and higher, fees are never ending and while a huge selling point for me was the solar panels that I was told would lower my bills, I've since learned they do not affect our bills at all. We still pay full price. Those allow Kalaeloa to sell energy back to heco and make even more money.

We love the quietness of the neighborhood. It’s secluded enough we aren’t on top of everyone but close to everything too. Down side is the cost. High rent and high utilities make it hard to stay but hoping for the best.

My family and I have been living here in Kalaeloa for 8 years. Although the cost of living is high so is everywhere else in Hawai’i. But it’s also so convenient, everything we need is very close, schools, grocery stores, malls.

Nice place to live. It’s older so sometimes my allergies get triggered from dust and mold and I have to go find the source and have maintenance come fix it. Wish the gym was open 24/7 but otherwise it’s great.

I have enjoyed living in the Kaimana housing area, the playground is close to my house so my grandaughter can go and play. And I haven’t had any issues with any of my neighbors. I can come home from work and park in front of my house! Yay!

Love the area! So convenient with the pool and gym in the community! Also comes with 2 parking stalls and. A ton of guest parking. Super close to everything in kapolei/ewa beach.

My daughter & I love living here at Kalaeloa, we love our apartment even my furry girls are happier. Very peaceful & quiet. If any noise it’s very little. The neighborhood is very quiet. I’ve lived here for 2 years and love it. The apartments are so spacious and the location is great. So much storage and assigned parking close to apartment home and covered from the sun. Staff and maintenance is also amazing.

Staff is friendly here and the housing is comfortable. The location is great and accessible to many locations, shopping mall, grocery, gas and freeway. It’s great having a community pool area. Service on maintenance is great as well.

Kalaeloa is a very nice, quiet, and clean place. Everyone is to them self which is weird for me cause I love saying Hello. And stuff but people are in their own area. But other than that everything is good

The community is quiet and kept clean. The homes are spacious with some upgrades, but you can tell that the homes are older. The amenities are nice, though I haven't used much besides the pool. The front office staff and maintenance staff have all been great and efficient. I do find quite a fair amount of pests due the pretty old insulation and thin single pane windows. The streets are over run with cars, which can be quite irritating to navigate when driving. Overall the community is great despite those things though, it's also super convenient to every thing.

My family and I been living in kalaeloa for about 15 years now, we do love it here and appreciate good staffing and the leasing office but sadly not sure be able to afford here anymore as yearly renewal goes up yearly kinda pushing out good tenants.
