Tucked between Rancho Drive and the 95, Michael Way encompasses a number of prime suburban hotspots, all of them just six miles from the famous Las Vegas Strip. The area is classic Vegas with its towering palm trees, succulent gardens, and stucco homes. Three parks and the Las Vegas Golf Club round out Michael Way’s green space access, making for plenty of recreational escape from the desert landscape.
Chain restaurants and well-known retailers cater to most needs, but with the Strip so close there’s more unique fare and shopping to experience in just a matter of minutes. Domestic travelers will get plenty of use out of the North Las Vegas Airport that sits just across the 95, and those who commute for work by car are right next to the 15 and 95 junction.

Property Ratings at Kaleidoscope Apartment Homes
AC has been out for 10 days of 115-120 weather, with no reply from management even though I have emailed every manager I can find multiple times in addition to the service request. Garbage Disposal out for a month with no reply. Bathroom leak for 7 months with no reply. Pool is closed often, mailbox room door broken for longer than I can remember. If you are looking to move, this isn't the place for you unless you love 94 degree apartments every day. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

If I could give these a apartments 0 stars I would. Please do not live here and invest your money somewhere else. From day 1 we walked into a horrendous apartment and demanded to be moved to a livable apartment. Then our dryer started to squeak and when the repair man came to fix it, he sprayed it with WD-40 and said it was good to go. A month later the dryer complete stopped working and then took 2 weeks to get it replaced. Our last month living there, our shower roof started to leak and was never replaced. Worst apartments ever.

Beware! It is all smoke and mirrors. The amenities are false advertising. You are locked out of the gym a majority of the day and it is ill-equipped. They do not communicate safety or health concerns to residents. The property managers mostly seem to have terrible attitudes or dislike their tenants. At least that is the way the few emails the community has received from them have read.

Office phone rings off the wall. No messages are able to be left. Pool in the summertime was a key selling point. But the pool is filled with debris and bugs. Closed for months on end. Way over priced for a meager linoleum tile remodel and modest upgrades at that.

I’m new to the area and fell in love with the aesthetics of this apartment. It’s beautifully renovated, at first glance. The renovations are done sloppily. There is a gap between my sink and counters that I’ve asked multiple times to be fixed. They still haven’t fixed it. We had a huge hole in our ceiling in our hall bath for 17 days. I had to call every day to get it fixed. We had a problem with our neighbor having an aggressive dog he refused to leash and I had to call for 3 days to get them to talk to him. The pool is disgusting, and the hot tub. Don’t bother trying to call the office during business hours. It’ll ring and ring and then go to a busy signal. You can’t even leave a message. We have been without AC for a month now and I’ve also called every day to have it fixed. They went so far as to replace the upstairs neighbors ac unit on accident instead of replacing ours. I called pinnacle management because the office wasn’t taking me seriously and they brushed me off as well. I will not be renewing my lease. I’ve already started looking for a place to live elsewhere.

Overall a decent community but they definitely have a pool problem. The person taking care of the pool quit and rather than hire a company to come in and maintain both the pool and the palm trees (pollen and caterpillars falling directly into the pool), they just don’t clean it very often since the maintenance team is busy with other issues. If you try to complain, it results in total pool closure. It is all so disappointing especially during the summer :(

This place is ridiculous. Start with your base rent then add: $30 for cable TV... you cannot opt out $25 for "valet trash service" (more below)... you cannot opt out $15 more for trash removal $25-30 for water (more below) $20 sewer $5 pest removal $5 common area electric... Regarding Valet Trash service: Supposedly, you leave your trash out at night, and it's gone in the morning. In actuality, you have to put your trash way outside the door in the sprinklers where the trash can gets covered in mud. Most days, in the morning, you get to bring out your trash, then take your trash can out back and wash the mud off and bring it back in... or else you get charged $25 for leaving your trash can out... but you still pay for the "service" which is a hassle, and you get nothing out of it. Water: The total water bill when I lived in a house with roommates was cheaper than it is here. The problem is, they WAY over-water... if the sprinklers are on when I want to leave, I wait until they turn off, or I will get soaked. The ground turns into a mud puddle, the sidewalks and the parking lot are covered in water deep enough that walking in it splashes water everywhere and makes you a mess. I can't wait to move out.

This apartment is everything I wanted and more! From the large garden tubs, washer and dryer inside the unit to the free cable. The arched entrance in the living room and bedrooms reminds you more of a home than an apartment. The staff, Bella and Kayla where so sweet to me, even though I keep changing my move in date.
