Kennewick is a southeastern Washington city on the banks of the Columbia River, practically within sight of the Oregon state line. Along with neighboring Paso and Richland, Kennewick forms one corner of Washington’s Tri Cities, which are collectively known as the heart of the state’s wine country. Numerous parks within the city offer great opportunities to enjoy the region’s stunning natural beauty without even leaving town, including Zintel Canyon Park just east of Ely Street and Columbia Park along the riverbank.
Home to nearly 80,000 people, the landscape of Kennewick is largely suburban in appearance, with a historic downtown district serving as a popular hangout for many locals and several large shopping centers around the area. The local rental market features a variety of apartments, condos, and single family homes to suit any taste or budget.

Property Ratings at Kamiakin North Apartments
The apartment i stayed in had black mold, i called to try to get it taken care of and all they did was go in and put new caulking over it. My neighbors from upstairs flooded there bathroom therefore my ceiling started leaking and nothing was done about it. The neighbors sit on the steps and smoke cigarettes all day long and the smell just comes right in the apartment. Making it smell horrible. I saw multiple bugs on different occasions because of new people coming and going. Rent will increase without any notices.
This is a nightmare of a complex. The local police call it the One stop shop for everything illegal. There is rampant vandalism, filthy facilities. Like I said the pool has never been used as it can't pass inspection. Fitness facility is a joke, it's only open when the office is. So if you work normal hours, forget using their facility. Staff is the only thing good there, and their hands are tied for the most part. If you move in, you will move out as soon as you can afford to. This is in a seedy neighborhood, I wouldn't let my kids out unattended.
They were very helpful in a crisis after a fire in a city across the bridge even after the red Cross left they kept up with the help
