1st impression is sadly unbelievable! Garage is the main entrance... REALLY needs an refresh! Paint.. NEW runners! Easy fix to A “MANOR” name!

We live in a studio/ 1 bedroom apt. It is located less than one block from my work. It has a great view of the Waikiki Hotels and some ocean view. The problem is it is less than 500 square ft. The rent here is 1325.00. I need help to pay my rent Please Help. Thank you for your time.
