Good place to live

Lived here for over 2 years and I have no complaints. They have done renovations to the building and are constantly improving. Leasing office is great and they answer and fix all problems quickly. Only issue is the walls are thin and the ceilings don't completely go to the top so you can see light coming from another room. Also street parking is tough during the day since it's up the street from Temple. Great amenities and events throughout the year

Kardon Atlantic

Kardon Atlantic is a good place to live with a very convenient location next to the Temple University train station and main campus. The rooms are nice and the building is kept clean. Any problems with pests or maintenance are handled quickly. One problem might be the thin walls, for you can hear your neighbors through the walls kind of easily. Never really bothered me though. Overall it's a good place to be as a student.
