I’ve been here for 6 months, and I love it. The apartment layout is spacious, and the rent is reasonable for what you get. esp on the Plaza. Maintenance is always on top of things, and the community itself is safe, quiet and clean.
The move-in process was smooth, and the management made it easy for me to settle in. The complex is well-kept, and I feel like they genuinely care about the residents. I’ve already recommended this place to friends.
Solid choice. The location is great, especially for the price. My lease ends this winter, and I plan to renew.
Great place to live with how close it is to the new street car being built and I can walk to the plaza.
I've been living at Katy for about two years and just renewed my lease. The property management has been responsive, and Ervin and his team are great at addressing issues!
I just renewed my lease for another year at Katy apartments. I love that everything I need is close by, and the neighborhood feels safe. I work off the highway, so the easy access for commuting is a huge bonus.
Can't wait for the trolley stop just a block away and go all the way to the city market!! Exciting!!
My unit at Katy is great, but it would be nice to have more parking. Interacting with Ervin and his guys is always a pleasure—he's fantastic!
It's a long due! Living at Katy at the Plaza has been a fantastic experience. The location is perfect close to everything I need. My unit is modern and clean, and any time there’s an issue, it gets handled quickly.
