Outdoor enthusiasts delight in the city’s thriving cycling community, as well as hiking the many trails in and near Lexington. History buffs relish access to the Mary Todd Lincoln House and Ashland: the Henry Clay Estate. Art lovers savor the plentiful art galleries, including Lexington Art League, Institute 193, and the Lyric Theatre and Cultural Center. Shoppers appreciate having the largest mall in Kentucky, Fayette Mall.

Property Ratings at Kearney Ridge - Affordable Housing
I have lived here for a year. My kitchen sink has busted twice. The windows are not sealed so any noise from the highway sounds like it is in your apartment. There isn't any noise cancelation AT ALL. Roaches. Cheap materials that are damaged is what they built these from. Neighbor had mice for months. SMALL parking lot no space to maneuver. Trash all up and down the stairs because it's not power washed. RACOONS AND SKUNKS BECAUSE NO FLOOD LOGHTS NEAR THE TRASH CANS. I have had chicken bones littering my apartment staircases for 2 weeks because the wild animals drag them everywhere and they're still not cleaned up. The seal around my bathroom sink is already coming off. There are OPEN HOLES where the pipes to the shower head comes out of the wall and the toilet pipes where they connect. My shower had cracks on the seams PRIOR to me ever using it. My floor lamination had TONS of stains, sticky glue spots and I don't use my shoes throughout my house. Parking spots are so small and poorly spaced that neighbors who park crooked hit your car doors with their doors when getting in and out. The pool is SMALL with no regulations on how to monitor who is when an adult or who is actually from the complex NOT the neighborhood across the street. I washed my laundry in their laundry room my first month here. They don't regulate that area and my cloths still came out soaking after doing SEVERAL HIGH HEAT drying cycles. Asked the people that operate the area for a refund. IT HAS BEEN 10 MONTHS I STILL DONT HAVE MY $20 THAT I WASTED THERE. If you have the ability please move to a nicer, quiter, more cleanly and properly built place. I'm stuck here because of money. It is currently 5:56a m that I am writing this because I have been up since 5 am because my windows face the highway and uts MAD loud in the morning until about 12 am because of the cheap windows. ALSO, My blinds broke within a month of being here and I'm an ADULT WITH NO KIDS. Both sets fell apart by using them THE PROPER WAY. Plus I barely get any sunlight in my home and the ceiling lights aren't strong enough to really light up the place.
I placed my application on the 9th of April,I was told the process would be a month. Each time I call,I’m told to bring in something different! Now that my lease is almost up, I feel like I’m getting the run around! Not very good with communication!!You have to stay on top of them.
Apparently my application was pending over a week ! I was denied ! My W2 wasn’t even acknowledged. This is unacceptable how can I make too much but I’m applying for a new apartment makes no sense Said they would contact my landlord only to lie and say I make too much makes no sense
I have been waiting for almost 3 months they told me I’d be ready for move in by the end of November but haven’t heard from them at all I keep calling but they love giving me the run around. I guess I’ll have to go somewhere else :/

We are sincerely sorry you had this experience and welcome you to call us back so if you still need an apartment. We have hired additional staff to assist with the volume of traffic we received and added Saturday hours to accommodate more tours. Construction is now completed and we have all of the units ready!
They definitely don’t follow the wait list and that’s all I have to say. I have waited months. How are others still ahead of me? No call back. No updates. They pretended to be interested but after receiving my application funds, I barely heard from them.

We are sincerely sorry you had this experience and welcome you to call us back so that we can try and help. We have hired additional staff to assist with the volume of traffic we received. We have added Saturday hours to accommodate more people. Construction is now completed and we have all of the units ready! We do follow the waiting list to the best of our ability, but there are certain instances where people who applied later that you might have moved in before you (for example: someone in need of an ADA apartment or perhaps you are waiting on a first floor and others don't mind moving to 2nd or 3rd floors).
These apartments are very nice and affordable! This is a combination that you do not see around Lexington anymore. I highly recommend! The area is very nice and quiet. Close to many things in Lexington and Georgetown!
