Keeneland Crest Apartments

I love living here, I referred a friend here I don't know if I got points for that or not but, yeah on most days it's quiet. The staff is great- the neighbors or whatever above me sometimes are loud going up and down the stairs... But, yeah I like it here.

Living in this apartment has been a great experience. The community is quiet and well-maintained, making it a peaceful place to come home to. Safety is a priority here, with secure access and a well-lit environment. One of the best features is the pool-facing view, which adds a relaxing and scenic touch to the space. The management is responsive, and the neighbors are friendly and respectful. Overall, it’s a great place for anyone looking for a comfortable and secure living environment.

Great place to live. Very close to a lot of restaurants and shopping areas. Maintenance is very quick to repair. Also very nice place too. Haven’t had any problems.

Overall good. I still have my sink running that they haven’t fixed in my master bath but otherwise I like living here. No problems otherwise. They do well.

They did a good job clearing the snow after the storm. I haven’t gotten my rewards the last couple of times even though I completed the requests.

I really enjoyed living here. I’ve had no complaints no problems. Everyone’s very nice here and they work with you and I’ve enjoyed all the exercising the pool the washer dryer. It’s great.

They are amazing,kind, caring ,people and if I had question they answer it and they didn't know they always go fine the question.And I love what they do for our community.

Place is ok, rent is outrageous for what you get. Took maintenance awhile at the beginning to get things done. Finally towards the end of our lease everything is fixed and working. Carpets come up very easily as well as the “hardwood” which is just stick down flooring, blinds break easily. Had a mold issue but it was fixed and cleaned. Good amount of space. Decently quiet place. Wouldn’t say it’s worth the price, and we even had a special for cheaper rent…

Great apartments, friendly and attentive staff! The office does a lot of activities for the residents. I definitely recommend Keenland Crest.

When you move in be sure to check absolutely everything. I had so many repairs when I moved in and the smell was bad. After 4 months things got better.

I really like this apartment but I really feel like people all around this building is weird and we aways get picked on even when other people do the same thing but aye what can I say but it’s an ok apartment

move in was smooth, everyone has been nice and friendly, most of the online stuff was easy to figure out and the apartment was in great condition

Its livable. No playground for kids so the kids are loud everywhere. Maintenance is slow for non-emergency items. Management is constantly changing. The last leasing manager lasted less than six months. Once a luxury complex, but not any longer.

It is an ok complex. Haven’t had any problems for the most part with apartment or neighbors. They have made improvements in the time that I have lived here.

It's a quiet neighborhood for the most part. Staff are very nice. I love how close I am to restaurants and stores that I shop at. My apartment is very cozy, I love it here!

Wonderful office and facilities!!!! Cheyenne is AMAZING to work with and everyone is always friendly. Quiet neighborhood and friendly love this place!

Simply Awesome. Every day I'm just grateful for being part of this community. The neighbor's attitude, the quietness, the beauty of every installation. It's just perfect.

The move in process was laborious. Communication was fractured and at times often non-existent. Employees fired and moved around. But once moved in, everything is perfect, maintenance is timely, neighbors are friendly, neighborhood is clean and quiet. Easy access to all points of town.

staff is friendly. my apartment doesn’t seem to have many issues. if i have any issues, they come out right away. i don’t really hear my neighbors which is nice.

None of the issues with my apartment were fixed prior to moving in (dishwasher does not work, tub does not drain so you're standing in ankle-deep water after 5 minutes, etc). Have barely lived here a week and already sick of the CONSTANT emails pushing for a review. One good thing: the walls are not paper-thin. I never hear my neighbors nor their kids/pets.

Keeneland Crest Apartments is a lovely community, and day community because that’s what it is. The people hear are friendly and helpful. It makes it a joy to live here. Not to mention the location is fabulous. Close to so much dining and shopping. 15 minutes to downtown, 10 minutes to Greenwood Park Mall and Easy interstate access. It’s a great place to live.

Fast maintenance, super great leasing office! We've been here for about a year and have never had any issues and everyone has been super helpful when needed

I moved into Keeneland Crest a few months ago. Everything from the application process, to being a resident has been nothing less than expectational. Super caring, and friendly office staff and management. The ponds are absolutely beautiful. Can't beat the location and amenities for the price either

Love it here.. great place to live and on the affordable side. Had some issues with move in and communication with the office staff but it was all resolved and has been pretty good since.

I couldn't be happier with my experience. The unit is spacious, well-maintained, and the layout is perfect for my needs. The natural light that pours in through the large windows really brightens up the space. The kitchen is modern with plenty of counter space, and the bathroom is clean and updated.

Quiet peaceful neighborhood to live in. Never had complaints on neighbors or from them. Always fixed any issues with my unit right away. Excellent care

Pretty good place to live. It just depends on what you really want to live in. Have been here many years, but figured out it was time to move on from the community.

Front staff is rude, maintenance is very friendly but understaffed. Going on 4 years and the front staff changes so often you never know who you’ll talk to if they answer.

I have lived in Keeneland Crest since 2018, and my overall experience here is been great. It's a quiet community and property management and maintenance has always been great and responsive. This is probably why I keep renewing my lease.

Pretty decent place to live. Have some complaints about maintenance and upkeep but nothing crazy. Love the home and layout itself and love having my puppies.

Not a bad place. Feel like it is steep on the price for a non updated apartment. Still renewed my lease for the upcoming year. I feel like the community surrounding here is pretty nice.

Its been good, neighbors are really chill, leasing office is really easy to contact. The apartments are definitely decently sized and I feel like I have plenty of space for my stuff.

Great place to live could be cleaned a little better but overall. The neighbors are great. It’s not nosey out here. They are very furry friendly

I've been living here for 3 years now and I still love this place. Most nights it's quieter than others but that's how all apartments are. I enjoy the ponds and the different birds I see around it. I love how close I am to the hospital, stores and restaurants.

Maintenance sucks they don’t fix anything but mark repairs complete. They even asked me to bring my key to them to be remade because maintenance couldn’t get in my apartment I have a ring camera and no one ever came to my door.

Decent place, great location. Management has come and gone a lot over the last few years. That has kind of been rough as things take a while to get done. Seems to be ok now.

Living here for the past three years has been a joy. Each time we have reached out for assistance from staff, we were greeted with patience and kindness

I have had a few calls to maintenance to fix different things through the months I’ve lived here, but everything else is great! The gym and the pool and the car vacuuming have been frequently used by me.

i have been with Keeneland for over a year now. Before my lease was ending, I had to pivot quickly to finding another place or something smaller. The women in the office was very helpful and informative by helping transfer to a smaller unit. The process was smooth.

Everyone seems to be extremely friendly and helpful. People are always walking and enjoying the community. It has been a pleasant experience.

This is my second time living In this neighborhood. I love this community it peaceful. The stuff are wonderful and nice. I love how close everything is to.

Outside of a small things here and there, the apartment is very nice. I have brand new carpet in my unit, which is awesome. There are only two things that bug me so far: 1. The air filter looks like it hasn’t been replaced in a year. 2. There is no bedroom light.

Love the location. The staff is friendly and the maintenance guy Shelton is amazing. There are a lot of places to eat nearby. It has amazing schools. Just over all great community !

I have enjoyed my time living here. Just be conscious that if you’re by the highway you will hear it 24/7. Other than that I enjoy the neighborhood and feel safe. Also the insulation is amazing I’ve never heard my neighbors in the 3 years I’ve lived here.

Pretty quiet neighborhood for the most part. Nice neighbors, new property manager is very nice. Carpet had stains when we moved in and it took 2.5 months for them to fix our dryer (clogged with lint when we moved in and almost caused a fire) but otherwise no complaints.

I think being here is very peaceful everyone here is very nice and maintance is always quick to come out if something is messed up. We never really have had any problems sense we moved in it’s been great
