Property Ratings at Keizer Station Apartments
The apartments looks nice, but they don't seem to be built very well. The manager is also not very friendly.
No smoking...ya ok. People still smoke behind the apartments on the property so the smoke gets inside the 3rd floor. I'm smelling it right now! Also, you are forced to pay for a covered parking spot ($25/month) if you have 2 vehicles. You can't park your motorcycle in the uncovered areas as it needs to be under cover. They say they'll charge fees if you back into a parking spot, well that isn't true. They claim to charge people if they don't clean up after their dog, well that doesn't help as I've seen many dog piles. Everything is an extra charge of $25. I'm not happy with this place. Doors automatically slam shut so you'll hear that all night long. The water leaves a white film on dishes, water pressure isn't good, carpet isn't of good quality so it comes apart easily, and what really is the kicker is the price. Ya it's only so much a month. But you have to also pay for w/s/g, pet rent $30/mo, and a covered parking spot $25/mo. I moved in with boyfriend as I didn't have a choice at the time. I'm truly regretting it as well as my boyfriend. Speed limit is "5mph", that's funny because I've seen many cars go over 10mph on the property. Nothing is enforced. They threaten but nothing gets done with it. Too bad I had to move here, but I do have to say, it's in a great location. Easy I-5 access, close to shopping/food etc. My advice is to not move here, but if you must, get the first floor apartment. I'm in the 3rd floor & it's awful.
We moved into one of the first available apartments one year ago. The staff has been great, and it has been a wonderful experience as we've all gone through getting covered parking, initiating the exercise room and the pool! Love our apartment - huge bedrooms and beautiful kitchen. Nice little patio and love that we can have our two dogs. GREAT place to LIVE!!
I am not impressed at all by this apartment complex. It seems like everything in it was designed to look fancy, but is clearly very cheaply made. There were cracks along the walls and ceiling as well as some very poor painting done. Our dishwasher fell out of the counter and maintenance came to fix it, only to have it fall out again a day later.. and this time maintenance took over a month to come fix it. There are train tracks right behind the apartments and a train goes by blaring its horn at all hours of the morning. This place is just way way overpriced for what it has to offer in amenities and the dog run still has yet to be built. The apartments I used to live in had a hot tub, sauna, pool, basketball hoop, splash pad, BBQ area, work out facility, racquetball area, playground and locker room area with showers and still charged less than this place does. Management is constantly down your throat about every little thing, it's awful. They don't provide enough uncovered parking for the residents. I could go on and on..
We moved into Keizer Station Apartments in December of 2016 and it has been great so far! We are so happy to call this place home. The process was quick and easy! A huge plus for us is that staff are very quick to respond to email. We had a couple of maintenance requests and they were taken care of in a timely manner. We live on the 3rd floor and love our vaulted and high ceilings. The kitchen cabinets and granite counter tops are lovely as well. Last, we were impressed to see 2 gentlemen working on a day it snowed (Saturday/Sunday). It looked like they were laying out de-icer. Kudos to them!
We love our new 3 bedroom unit- It has soft carpet, high-end interior finishes, granite countertops, a large walk-in closet and the tall 9 ft. ceilings. The staff are very quick to respond to any requests in a very helpful and positive manner. They have made my family feel very welcome!
I'm surprised "Luxury" isn't a part of the name of these apartments! These apartments are an amazing price relative to the market and the fact that they are literally brand new. The in-unit washer & dryer, microwave, and air conditioning are extremely convenient. The balcony patio and storage closet are a huge plus; I'm excited to use it and the air conditioning in the summer! I'm also excited for the swimming pool when the weather gets nicer. The fitness center is very nice for being at an apartment complex; they even have free-weights and an adjustable bench. It's also very nice to be able to have two pets here; and although I have two cats, the dog park will be a really cool perk for dog owners. I'm big on recycling, and you can basically recycle anything here, unlike most apartment complexes. The appliances, counter tops, flooring, and carpet are all really nice. The vaulted ceiling on the third floor is awesome. Last, but not least, management has been amazing through the whole process. They have been very open to questions, and have been nothing but comforting and honest. They really make sure you're comfortable through the whole process. I'm happy to call this place my home.
My roommate and I were some of the first people to move into the Keizer station apartments and we love them!! It took us a while to find a great, spacious apartment, with everything we wanted. The office staff are always friendly, nice and quick to answer any of our questions and needs. The location is fantastic being right by the interstate, and all the stores right across the way in Keizer station! All of our neighbors are easy going and very friendly. I recommend Keizer station apartments for anyone. ??
I love living here! We downsized from a 3 bedroom house to a 3 bedroom apartment here, and 100% honestly, I prefer living here! I am on the second floor, so I have someone above me, someone below me and someone to the side. I haven't heard much noise coming from anyone- and the noise I have heard hasn't been loud at all. One of my neighbors has a small dog, and I can only hear it if it is barking when it is dead silent in our house, and even then I have to strain to hear it. These buildings are built to be quiet! Our apartment building is very close to train tracks, I-5 and Salem Parkway, and I was honestly very anxious about the noise and vibration coming from the trains before we moved in because I have an infant. We actually almost moved to a different older complex because of it, but I am so glad that we chose to move here because the noise doesn't bother me or my two young children one bit, and the vibration is virtually nonexistent. It's actually fun watching the trains go by with them! I got one to honk at us today. I was way too excited about it. Aesthetically, these apartments are gorgeous. The ceilings are very high, the kitchen is gorgeous, the showerheads are made to accommodate giants, and the layout is nice and open. The floors are high quality, the appliances are attractive and function well- the apartments in general are definitely nicer than any other apartments I've seen in the area, and we've looked at a LOT of apartments. As far as the staff goes, I haven't had any issues, and they have been incredibly professional, kind and helpful with every single inquiry I've had. We have needed one repair so far, and it was taken care of immediately. They even left us a little care package when we moved in with a ton of coupons that will actually be useful for businesses at Keizer Station, and a succulent, which I somehow killed within a week because I'm bad at plants. :( Anyway, the complex is always clean, and I haven't seen any weird people around. I feel safer here than in my old house (which was actually in a very nice neighborhood in South Salem) because it is comforting knowing that there are people within close range. All considerations made, I can't imagine anyone being unhappy living here. Except for that brief moment when you realize that you killed your succulent.
Keizer Station Apartments is a great place to call home. We appreciate the professional, efficient and friendly service of the leasing staff.
When we moved back to Oregon, we knew we wanted to stay in Keizer. And we had some very specific needs for the apartment because I work from home. We chose Keizer Station Apartments despite the fact that there wasn't even a model to look at because the apartments were still under construction. But the floorplan posted on Facebook looked liked what we needed. It came with a washer & dryer, air conditioning, a community pool and weight room, and had the extra bonus of easy access to I5 and to Keizer Station. We finally viewed the apartment a week before we moved in. We were excited to measure where we'd put furniture. Then we walked in. Not only was the apartment what we needed, but it was larger than we envisioned and the finishings were amazing! The kitchen cabinets, the doors, the flooring, the windows, the baseboards . . . everything was beautifully done and of high quality. Our apartment is quite functional and so beautiful. The management staff is friendly and responsive. The amenities are great. We're so happy we found Keizer Station Apartments! It's a pleasure to live here.

I'll tell ya what! Keizer Station Apartments are the apartments to live in! Our two bedroom apartment is perfect for my girlfriend and I, and I love seeing all of the dogs walking around. Apartment complexes being pet friendly are hard to find nowadays. They are also putting in a dog park. With a gym and an outdoor pool as well, what else do you need? Not to mention the great staff and all of those smiles I see everyday. Great place to live. It was definitely worth the wait!
Can't wait to move in at the end of this month! Apartments are so cute and perfect! Also love the fact that they're in an amazing neighborhood, with close/easy access to I-5 and stores around. They have a 24hr maintence number and gym, also an after hours number to get ahold of management incase of an emergecny. I can't WAIT to use the pool in the summer! Staff is so helpful, and want you to genuinely love your apartments. They aren't pushy at all. This is my first time moving out on my own and it's been the best experience ever. Love love love !!
This is our first apartment as a family of 3 and we love it! It is very modern and spacious. It's also colorful, bright and cozy! The neighbors and staff are so friendly and helpful. The staff always responds and always has an answer! They provided an amazing welcome basket and made our moving in process quick and easy! I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a place to call home:)
The staff of the complex are very friendly and care a lot about their tenants. They are extremely helpful and if you have a question they don't know the answer to, they make sure to find you the answer and get back to you within a couple hours usually. One of the things that's makes this place stick out is how everything is color coordinated. The cabinets match the real granite countertops perfectly and there's an insane amount of cabinet storage space. I still have some empty cubards and drawers. They are good sized too. The other part that sticks out is how they are pet friendly to all pets.
Living at the Keizer station apartments is like having your dream home in an apartment. It's spacious and beautifully laid out. The granite countertop with the wonderful cabinetry space and all the stainless steel appliances makes being in the kitchen a wonderful part of the day. I would recommend these apartments to everyone.
Even though I have not moved in to my apartment, I am very happy with the staff and the process in general to reserving my apartment. The two ladies in the leasing office are beyond friendly and I am excited to have them be working at the property. They apartments look very nice as I drive by them everyday on my commute to work. I can't wait until I can cut my commute almost in half and move in to these brand new apartments!
