Wonderful Apartment
Great place to live. Quiet and clean apartments, wonderful neighbors. Most importantly, the manager Lori is fantastic. Quick to respond and very accommodating. Service responses have also been handled well. I have, however, had consistent problems with my shower, requiring now three service requests with no resolution, but I know that they are working hard to fix my problem. Snow can also be an issue, but I do not place much blame on them. It is a wonderful place to live and you cannot beat the price, and again, you really cant ask for a better landlord with Lori.

Apartment Virgin
I have lived here since 2019. The apartment rate is much lower than most for a 2 bdrm. and is very roomy with plenty of storage. Close to freeways and shopping. The staff has always been friendly and courtesy and maintenance issues although rare are handled quickly and correctly. The grounds are well maintained and just recently they have allowed dogs. You have laundry in each bldg with a courtyard and deck where you can bbq. Quiet, well lit hallways and dbl door entry give you a sense of security. As a 1st timer ever renting an apartment, it feels like home! I would highly recommend Kelly Square to my friends and family, and Lori you made my decision easy to stay, you're the best!

Great Place to call Home
Amazing! Lori is the best, she makes sure you are well taken care of. I would recommend Kelly Square to anyone looking for a peaceful, clean home. There many maintenance issues but should they arise, whatever the issue is is fixed immediately.

Best property
I have lived many places, this by far is the best! Everything is kept up. Service Requests are taken care of immediately.. even after hours emergencies! My building is so quiet, never any issues.. Leasing manager is so pleasant and cheery, so accommodating. I am so happy that I chose Kelly Square.

Second apartment under Princeton Management
This is my second apartment under Princeton Management and I'm happy with the decision thus far. Rent is reasonable which is a hard find with raising prices in Roseville and Ms. Lori has been really been a godsend in transitioning here! If there is ever a maintenance issue its always addressed right away. Its only been a few months here but I'm happy with the move!

Quiet and Clean Environment
This is my second year living here, and it is one of the most peaceful apartment complexes I have lived at in Michigan. Like all apartment complexes, the rent does raise a little each year (at least it has for me), but it is still a great deal for how big the apartment is and the peacefulness. The landlord and maintenance staff are also really kind and efficient.

Well maintained property
I have been a resident here for some years; I have been very pleased how the property is well maintained indoors and outdoors. Thank you to the dedicated property manager Lori who does an excellent job seeing tenants work orders are done in timely matter and she make sure our grounds are maintained too. Great apartment

Wonderful place to live!
This is an excellent place to live because it is very quiet and the leasing manager and maintenance are always there when you need them. Whenever I need something fixed, they come as soon as possible. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone that is looking for there first time home. ??

Love My Home
Amazing place to live! It's clean and quiet. Every time i needed something maintenance was there. The office is professional, and they are all so very helpful. Kelly Square are close to Macomb mall, food, and grocery shopping!

Quiet, Clean and Cozy
I have been here about 5yrs and have never regretted it. They keep the grounds and inside halls clean. In the winter they keep the lot plowed and sidewalks salted. They give out notices when events are happening or post a notice in the entranceway letting tenants know of changes or major concerns. They make sure to keep you informed so you know whats going on and I love that. It is also quiet. No noisy loud neighbors, occasionally people in the parking talk loud, but its very rare. I appreciate that because I sometimes work late and when I get home all I want to do is relax and get rest. I can do that here.

A Good Place To Live
Manager is outstanding, professional & makes you feel like family. She always has a smile waiting for you no matter what kind of day she has had. She is always on top of things making sure everything is dealt with as soon as possible. The maintenance crew are always friendly and the work gets done efficiently and quickly. It is a quiet place. Not only do I not ever hear any noise from my next door neighbor of any kind, the whole complex is quiet. One of the most important things is I feel safe.

Reading the comment below and I've also been living at Kelly Square for awhile and since Lori has came on board I haven't had a problem with anything. She is a very sweet and understanding woman who has a good heart and is willing to listen. When I have a problem she we figure it out on the spot. Any problem I've had she has took care of the problem. I'm not blowing smoke for her because she knows the kind of person she is. I'm just going on facts and what I have experienced first hand. She has made my experience living at Kelly Square a lot more better when I was planning on leaving. She makes the workers better because without her leadership than the workers are no good. Excellent leadership helps and she has that quality. Much respect to her and what she has managed to accomplish and I hope for her continued success. Kelly square management!
I’ve been at kelly square apartments for five years I’ve never had a problem. The leasing management Lori is a sweetheart and always goes above and beyond to take care of any problem or concern u have. The maintenance is always friendly and does great work, they will come out the same day or no later than the next morning to fix anything you may think needs work. I’ve enjoyed living here and I’m comfortable with my neighbors. The rent always beats others in the area and the space of sq footage is big for the rent. why i love kelly square
In 2016 i was in the market to move out of a house and try apartment living. When i set out to find an apartment, I looked at around 13 complexes, and i found myself going back to the Kelly square apts. I decided on Kelly square and i am very happy i did. Lori the apartment manager by far is a very hands on and on top of the needs of the tenants. The complex is always clean the common areas are always clean and the quality of the apartment I live in is Great. so basically I am glad i chose Kelly square to be my home, I just signed my 3rd year lease and never had a second thought. thank you Andy 32860 apt 201..

kelly square apt
clean quiet well maintained units and grounds, close to schools and shopping management is great neighbors are respectful of other tenants. been here 10 years love the complex wouldn't want to be anyplace else.

This property is very well maintained
This property is very well maintained inside and out. I have only had 1 small issue, called the office manager Lori she was very polite and said she would have it taken care of by the end of the day and guess what it was she even went above and beyond to call me when it was done being fixed to let me know and than called again a few days later to make sure everything was still good. I have lived in many apartments and have never met a staff like they have here. the residents here are definitely top priority. As a single mom living on your own can be scary sometimes I fell completely safe here. My neighbors are all very nice and respectful and we all keep an eye on each other. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to move.

This is such a nice, quiet community
This is such a nice, quiet community. Our neighbors are friendly and we haven't had any problems mentioned in previous reviews from a few years ago. We definitely feel safe in the area. The property manager is so helpful and sweet, and maintenance will typically fix any problems within a day, usually same day if they have time. I'd definitely recommend the apartment complex to anyone. The price is very reasonable and it's a great community.

Apartment staff are friendly and polite.
Apartment staff are friendly and polite. Whenever there's something that needs to be fixed it's done the same day. I have a baby and the apartments are extremely quiet which is a huge plus. I really love this complex and the staff definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place.

I moved to Michigan last year
I moved to Michigan last year after my divorce. I looked at many apartments before choosing Kelly Square. Lori made me feel so welcome. She always goes above and beyond to help in any way she can. Her disposition is always upbeat and cheery and very polite. No matter how busy she is she makes time for you. Any service requests are taken care of by the end of the day. The few times I had to call the after hours number. They responded within an hour. The grounds are maintained. I also like that my building is very quiet. I don't fell so alone anymore being a part of the Kelly Square family.

I've been living in Kelly square since 2016
I've been living in Kelly square since 2016, I've never had an issue while living here... I absolutely love LORI she is awesome.! .... My building is so quiet, whenever I need Maintenance it's done by the end of the day, my neighbors are so nice and everybody looks after each other. I love it here!

I enjoy living here

Kelly Square
The newly updated apartments are nice, I was shown an updated one before I moved in. Of course, I was given an apartment in one of the older buildings, not so nice. No dishwasher, old stained cabinets, old air conditioner. Nice area, nice neighbors but hot as heck during the summers.
