Staffs have great service attitude, the property is clean and well-maintained, the scenery around the apartments is excellent, and groceries and Columbia mall is so close.

These apartments are kept so clean and they're always keeping appliances and even facilities up-to-date. The two bedroom apartments have plenty of privacy and space for full-size furniture, which is sometimes an issue when renting. Thank you, Rachel, for showing me this place!

I have lived at Kelly Ridge for 9 months now and I love it here. It is so nice to be in an apartment community without smoking and away from area campuses. The Property Staff are courteous, professional, helpful and timely. I have had experiences with Olive, Megan & Rachel and Maitenance Staff Greg and Oscar who were very helpful. The property is pristine, well kept & cared for especially with snow removal. The apartmennts are quiet, the neighbors friendly. Great layouts in the apartments with lots of storage. I have yet to spend time in the workout area and pool area but am grateful they are available. The area around Kelly s Ridge is handy with a variety of shopping, eating and worship opportunities. In a phrase, I am home!

As a long time resident of Kelly's Ridge, I just don't know where to begin in shouting out my praise for this community. I have found the office staff to be thoughtful, empathetic,respectful and kind, in managing this large complex. They have the experience to anticipate when problems may occur and take action quickly. As this complex ages, and maintenance problems occur, our two men, Oscar and Greg, are prompt in their response and efficient in doing the work necessary. Our comfort living here, seems to be their top concern. As far as favorites go, they are all my favorites, and I sing their praises often to my family and friends. No other apartments can beat this convenient location. Our doctor and dentist are across the road and Walmart and Hy-Vee are in walking distance for the younger folks. Kelly's Ridge has been such a breath of fresh air. I've lived here for a year, and any issue we've ever had (which has been so minimal) has been handled quickly and efficiently. Any maintenance request me or my roommate has put in has been handled within 24 hours and it's been a night and day experience compared to other complexes here in town. I've always communicated with Rachel and she's been fantastic! She even went so far as to notice in a previous maintenance request what days I stated my dog is usually home unsupervised, and called me to make sure she wouldn't be home for a routine maintenance visit. It was a small thing, but it's something I'm certain would have been overlooked at previous places I've lived. It's clean, the people who live here are friendly, and I've always felt safe. I have horror stories from other complexes in town, but I definitely recommend this place for families, graduate students or young professionals.

Kelly's Ridge is a wonderful place to live. Quiet, friendly neighbors, phenomenal staff. I'm a graduate student at Mizzou so I was looking for a quiet, nice apartment complex to call home for next 2.5 years. Kelly's ridge exceeded my expectations! Couldn't recommend more.

Living at Kelly's Ridge is awesome!! Whenever I've had any issues at all, the staff have been more than willing to help and respond very quickly. The property outside and inside the apartments is so nice and clean. I love living here!! :)

We are a senior couple who has lived here for 14 plus years. Olive, Megan, Rachel, Oscar, Greg and Justin are the greatest staff that could ever be!!!!!!! We never need anything that they don't respond to at once. They keep the property safe and well groomed. We cannot say enough about how we love it here and our children are very happy foe us. I just renewed my lease here because it is such a nice place to live. Reasonable pet fee, fantastic maintenance staff, and nice grounds! The neighborhood is quiet and lovely.

I have been a resident at Kelly's Ridge for the past 12 years and have been very happy here. I have always had good interactions with the office staff and maintenance team. In the years I have lived here, I have only had two major maintenance issues. Both were handled professionally and in a timely manner. Other small maintenance issues, while few, were handled quickly and easily. I love the location because it is so close to Walmart and HyVee and even the mall. Our neighbors have been courteous and it has been such a relief to live in a complex where there are no loud screaming college students as it is 21 and up here and we have children who need it quiet at night. A great place for families and singles alike. They even have resident events every year like the summer pool party and other activities. The only negative thing I would say is that the potholes are getting worse, but I am sure that is due to the horrible winter we have had and will be fixed soon. There will always be negative reviews on sites like these, but those will be mostly from people that come and go quickly and were not vested residents to begin with. I know for me, it helps to read reviews from people who have lived in a place longer than a year or two, so hopefully this review will be helpful to those interested in living here. All in all, I feel extremely lucky to have been part of a great community for the past 12 years, and will continue to enjoy my life at Kelly's Ridge until it is time to move on elsewhere. :)

Kelly's Ridge is by the far one of the best places to live in Columbia. Very affordable and the units are very nice! They have a washer and dryer and all basic appliances which was a huge perk for me! Also, the balcony is plenty big to enough time outside and there is also an outside storage closet which you can never go wrong with! It's in a great location by shopping and dining and I also feel very safe here. The staff is extremely helpful and accommodating; I needed to find a 2 bedroom place pretty quickly in the fall and stopped in here one day and they had me signing my lease the next day. They have a very well kept clubhouse, pool, and gym too. Only downside I will say is the roads throughout the complex need to be repaved as there are some large cracks/potholes, but that is normal with Missouri weather! Highly recommend living here, you will love it!

I moved into Kelly’s Ridge after graduating college (it’s 22 and older which is SO nice!) and immediately fell in love. Apartments are spacious and very well maintained so it is easy to move right in. My favorite parts of my apartment are the roomy walk-in closet and the balcony. The pool in the summer is such a nice perk as well! Also, if you have pets it is a great place because they have a ton of green space for your pup to play and several dog waste stations around the property.

Kelly's Ridge has been a wonderful place to live! The apartment itself is beautiful and spacious and every time I have had an issue, maintenance has been very quick to get things fixed. The office staff has always been pleasant and super accommodating as well. The overall community is quiet and location to grocery stores or the mall is so ideal!

I’ve lived at Kelly’s Ridge for 2 years and it’s been my best renting experience! Clean facilities, quick maitinence crew, and helpful staff! They also have a wonderful pool that I love to use during the summer. It’s clean and spacious and so relaxing! I always feel like I’m at a resort walking from my apartment to the pool in the summer

The rent is affordable and they plow the complex in a very timely manner!

The location is great! Close to Hy-Vee, Commerce Bank, Wal Mart, Columbia Mall and Chick Fil A! The front office staff is easy to get ahold of and the maintenance staff is extremely responsive!

I’ve been living here for a little over half a year and it’s been great so far! Staff are always very nice and accommodating. Especially during the snowpocalypse - My dog wasn’t able to walk through the snow because it was so deep. Maintenance came the next day and dug out a decent size area in the back so my dog could go out. It’s a quite area and neighbors are very friendly. I’ve seen some reviews complaining about mold but I have yet to have any issues with that.

Choosing to live here was one of my best decisions. I have lived at three different apartment complexes in Columbia, MO and Kelly's Ridge is by far my favorite. I am a full time student and it is always quiet, I never hear my neighbors. Perfect for when trying to study. I love that it is close to Hy-vee and Walmart. The interior of the apartment is very nice and I love my balcony. It is a short drive from Mizzou's Campus 10 minutes or less. The utility bill is always a good price. The gym and pool are clean and the staff are super nice! My only complaint is that parking by some buildings are limited, you may have to park a little away from your apartment if you live in certain spots. Overall experience is 10/10!

My husband and I love living at Kelly’s Ridge! The apartments are clean, come with all the necessary ammenities, spacious, and are in a great location in Columbia. It also doesn’t hurt that the staff are friendly and helpful (:

I truly love living here at Kelly's Ridge! The staff and maitnence people are so friendly and easy to work with. Maitnence always come quickly if a problem we're to arise, but it rarely happens! The apartments are a great size for the price and are quiet and comfortable. The community and amenities are excellent as well!

I was moving from out of state and needed to find a nice home. I am very lucky to have found Kelly's Ridge Apartments. All of the staff at the leasing office was so helpful, courteous of my needs, and very accommodating for my move-in date/time since I would be coming from a different state. They are great people. My apartment was clean upon move in, and it has nice appliances, including a washer/dryer. Wall insulation is great during the winter; windows are vinyl, so they don't get too cold. My walls seem to be well-soundproofed because I never hear my neighbors above, below, or next to me, so that makes me really happy. I have needed maintenance to come by to fix a few things and depending on urgency, they usually come either the day I make a request or the following day; they are very knowledgeable. There is ample parking, with garages available, as well. The only minor nitpick would be the parking lot has a lot of cracks in it, but that's hardly anything. I enjoy living here--highly recommend!

My husband and I toured all of the nearby apartments and Kelly’s Ridge apartments were by far the nicest and cleanest! We have lived here for about a year and have really loved it! We love how quiet it is. If anything is ever broken maintenance comes to fix it right away. The workout equipment is broken sometimes but other than that it’s great.

Found this apartment on a whim online before moving to Columbia for graduate school. Made me so nervous to sign a lease sight unseen but so glad i did!! GREAT, RESPONSIVE STAFF. Quick and friends maintenance workers who fix things right the first time without cutting corners. Really quiet community that is a short ride to downtown or campus.

I have lived at Kelly's Ridge since August 2018 and have had a great experience so far. I chose Kelly's Ridge simply from the website and talking with a leasing agent in the office (moved from out of state and wasn't able to visit in person before signing a lease). Maintenance requests are answered in a timely fashion, 2 bed/2 bath floor plan is spacious, and apartment complex is quiet! Location in Columbia is good. My only complaint is that the parking lot/roads within the community are full of holes, but my hope is that they will be fixed once we survive the winter season!

I really like living at Kelly’s Ridge, it’s much better than some other places I’ve been. The apartment is very nice, great for showing off to my friends. It’s also quite affordable for the amount of space you can get. I really enjoy the 24 hr fitness center, it makes it easier to fit my workout into my day. The staff are very quick to respond to questions and requests and great people, although the clubhouse hours are kinda hard to work around. Overall, I’m really glad I found this place and don’t plan on leaving anytime soon!

My husband and I have lived at Kelly's Ridge for two years and we have been very happy with the value, amenities, and service that we have received. The apartments are spacious, well maintained, and I have not had any issues with structure themselves. The amenities are great, the pool is well maintained and the gym is nice. The staff also host great events during the summer and winter months. The app is great to request maintenance and it is completed same or next day. And everyone on the maintenance staff is so friendly, they love to visit with my dog as well! The office staff is very kind and courteous and provide ample information regarding leasing, fees, etc. They really are wonderful. I have never had any issues, but anytime I come to check on something or have a question, its an extremely positive experience. My only issue, and it is not with staff or on property maintenance, is that things like landscaping and pothole repair take a very long time to complete. I believe this is due to the larger management and not local, as local management is very sympathetic with the issues. I have lived at another, more expensive, property in CoMo and I am much happier at Kelly's Ridge. The apartments feel bigger, have better amenities (hello jumbo bathtub!), and I'm saving such a a good amount of money. I've really been thrilled with my experience here.

Kelly's Ridge is a great place to live! I have lived here for almost a year and have had absolutely no issues. They are prompt with request, and do not bother you otherwise. They have a pretty amazing club house, nice pool, and sidewalks around the perimeter for a nice walk. The residents here are all very nice. It's a pretty quiet community. There is minimal parking on week nights, but I think they are working on that issue. If it wasn't for me relocating after the summer, I would probably stay here for a very long time! Oh yeah-- and it is very cheap for the amazing quality of apartments.

My husband and I lived there for three years and in that amount of time we had multiple mold issues, that we had to continuously place work orders on. These are poorly constructed apartments, after a rain storm the inside of our windows would be covered in water because the windows are not properly sealed. I rented out the club house for my bridal shower, and the day of the shower no one had unlocked the club house for us to use it. I called the office number, maintenance number, and emergency number multiple times hours before the shower was to start and left messages. We ended up having to squeeze 35 guest in our apartment. They did not even show up to unlock the clubhouse until the shower was over and guest had started leaving. Do not rely on them to handle any emergencies in a timely manner. Most unprofessional place I have ever rented from. Also do not expect to get your deposit back, they will come up with every excuse in the book to keep it or charge you more.

what I have observed is that Management staff are Big Liars and all they need from Tenants is their MONEY.

While the management office is often friendly and helpful, and the layout has much potential, the construction seems to vary from apartment to apartment. I saw other apartments of friends who lived in this community but I was not allowed to see this apartment before I signed the lease. If I had been able to see it, I would not have rented it. When I moved in there were still nails sticking out of the molding in the dining area. The cabinet doors in the kitchen and bath are either crooked or have huge gaps between the closed doors, enough that you can clearly see inside. The wall cutout around some of the outlets is cut so large that the plate doesn't cover it very well. Doorways allow for gaps between the door and the frame creating the opportunity for a draft from outside. The laundry closet is too small for most washers and dryers, but there are some that will fit. Leasing a W/D from the property management is an option but the machines are not that good and they are very loud. Enough said about the construction although there is more to be said. I should mention that there were some good-sized pot holes on the property that took a long time to get fixed. The landscaping is nice but landscapers not so much. I got hit in the face with flying debris one time and the guy saw it but didn't bother to stop what he was doing, ask if I was okay, or apologize. The location is okay but the south side of town is much better for the price. Most people these days shop online but there is plenty of shopping close by. However, it can be frustrating trying to get onto the main streets due to traffic, and it's worse on Football Saturdays - college town. You can take a couple of round about ways to traffic lights, which is safer but will add some time to your commute. There are worse apartments but I've lived in much better. If you can see the apartment before you sign the lease or talk with the current tenant, do so.
