Property Ratings at Kendall Crossing
I have been living at Kendall crossing for 2 years and have had a great time here. The apartments are on the older side but are well maintained and the maintenance team is always prompt to fix issues. The management lives in a pre-internet era where information is passed on to residents using physical envelopes. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and all the neighbours are very courteous. Rents are on the cheaper side and gas is paid for by the management, which is great! Apartments are spacious and carpeted, and all have balconies. Go for it if you want a nice and quiet place with affordable rents
