Love it Here!

It's a small community and we all act like family. We have no issues over here. It it so quiet. The owners respond quickly to your maintenance request. The prices are reasonable and the garage is bonus! Most tenants stay here for years so it's hard to land on a unit because they are always occupied. I highly recommend Kendalwood.

I love it!

I've been here almost 1yr and i love it! they respond quick my neighbors don't bother me nor do they make noise. They work with you.It's owned by a family. The only thing I don't like is having my bathroom in the room other than that I love it! Was going to move but i rearranged my work/school so that i don't have to relocate. I wish I could get a 2 Br with a bathroom downstairs but I'll def stay here until one become available. It's like having a house minus the back yard with a garage. I would highly recommend this place.
