Great events. Great people, supportive staff. A good student community and great amenities. The lockin policy could be better and resident friendly. But overall great community to live in and mingle.
Excellent experience - the management, location, peers, amenities are all incredible. It was an easy process to move in here due to their communication.
Living at Kenect has been a great experience so far. The modern amenities, like the state-of-the-art gym and rooftop pool, are fantastic. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and maintenance requests are handled promptly. The location is perfect, with easy access to everything Nashville has to offer. While there have been a few minor hiccups, overall, it's a great place to call home.
Everyone very accommodating as I am new to Nashville here for job. Front desk staff helpful and even gave us a cart to move in. Clean apartment and responsive to only one issue of needing new ac filter.
The events at Kenect are incredible! I love my space and being in such a fun location is just the cherry on top! Momma Jenn is wonderful and does a great job catering so many of the food related events!
Ken was absolutely amazing to me and very patient and helpful!! Worked with my needs and wants was able to meet them all in such a short amount of time that I had given him! So thank you!
I had such a wonderful experience during my stay! The building was calm and peaceful, creating the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. The staff were incredibly friendly, warm, and always eager to help, which made me feel welcome right from the start. The cleanliness and attention to detail were impressive, and I appreciated the care that went into making sure every guest felt comfortable. The location was convenient, and I enjoyed exploring the area as well. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay. It truly felt like a home away from home!

Units are lovely, it stays pretty quiet in the building, however concerts/shows in the summertime can be a little loud. EXCELLENT staff/team here, so friendly and helpful. Enjoying the new market/coffee shop down stairs, pool, co-working space, and views. Looking forward to the ramen shop opening.

Love this building, the staff, my neighbors, and the amenities. Centrally located. Sometimes Friday and Saturday nights in the summer can get loud from street noise. Maintenance is great and are very quick to resolve any rare issues.

Kenect has been awesome from start to finish. My check-in/move-in was essentially seamless. It may have taken 30 minutes to move in. The customer service was top tier aside from the beautiful aesthetic which was the icing on the cake.

Living at Kenect has been a pretty good experience overall. I love having access to the coworking space, because sometimes you need out of your apartment/away from roommates, but don't necessarily want to drive anywhere. Also, I really do love the events they host. Things like the Sunday brunches, the Super Bowl watch party, karaoke nights, and so much more are pretty fun. The apartments are pretty nice, too, and I definitely would recommend this place to someone looking for an apartment in Nashville!

Everything has been wonderful so far since moving in. Moved here from Atlanta and it is nice a quiet (meaning I don’t hear my neighbors) which is a blessing. I just need to figure out what to do about curtains (I have blackout ones for my migraines) just can’t figure out how to hang them lol.

I absolutely love Kenect. It is a relief that it is often quiet and it allows me to get concentrated on work. Although it is a shame I can't just walk to class now, it feels worth it.

I love it here; I am constantly on the road, and coming back here to rest and feel at home is great! The community here is great. There is a constant activity available if you choose it.

I was a resident of Kenect Nashville and overall during the time I lived there it was a nice location with cement living quarters, loud noises and what has now become a nightmare dealing with the management and ownership. I have been waiting since October when my lease ended to receive my deposit back from the company which they have kept telling me was "In the mail". They owe me several thousand dollars and I finally had to take them to civil court where they didn't even bother showing up and now have a judgment against them. I notified the property Manager and when asking for this to be taken care of was hung up on. I sent a follow up email to him and the CEO of Akara Partners, the ownership of Kenect, to which neither has responded. The pure lack of professionalism and complete avoidance of the issue even after being ordered by the court to pay the amount plus interest and court fees shows the type of company and leadership at Kenect and how they treat their residents. You can look up the court info to prove what i'm stating. I would not enter into any lease agreement with Kenect or Akara Partners.

Hi Gavin, we continue to be in verbal and email contact with you concerning this issue. We confirmed that we sent the deposit to your new address but there was no apartment number provided. We cancelled the check and reissued another one. We apologize it's taking longer than you expected. We have been working closely with you. This experience is not reflective of our high standard and customer service we offer to everyone. Our CEO would not be involved in deposit accounting issues as we have an accounting team that handles that. Your security deposit was certainly escalated and we will post an update when you have confirmed to have received it. -Kenect Management
The building is perfect for what I need. I have access to a gym, study spaces, and tons of opportunity to meet other residents. In addition, the rooms provide all the necessities I need.

Community and people are so welcoming here . I love how the community has different activities for each month that there is never a day that doesn’t go by where you won’t feel connected. That’s what I love the most and plus everything else that Kenect has to offer!

Nice building with good amenities and location. However, I've had several issues upon moving into my unit, and the leasing office seems to have little to no urgency in fixing them.

Kenect is a wonderful apartment complex. The staff are helpful and nice. If you have a question, they will answer it. The events that happen throughout the month are fun and exciting. I would definitely recommend Kenect to an apartment searcher.

I've had very bad experiences with work orders. When changing the remote for my murphy bed, sawdust was left all over my couch and pillows and muddy footprints all over my apartment. Then, a week later, I come home to find that the remote was moved to the other side of the bed leaving a hole in my wall and once again, muddy footprints and a pile of sawdust all over the bed. I've also been waiting months for a new key for my locking drawer that was missing when I moved in and the noise from the speakers at the pool plays all night long during August, no matter how much I complained.
Very good besides the loud construction noise. The events are great, the pool and view are both amazing as well. They also have a great fitness room
