If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I lived here for years and throughout that time I had bed bugs, roaches, and mice. The new management literally doesn’t respond to any emails or texts regarding maintenance or anything else essentially. There is construction constantly on and off and I have even had construction workers come into my unit thinking it was an empty one they were doing work on. Grown men coming into a single womans apartment unannounced. The building is filthy, completely covered in dust and construction debris, the roach infestation is currently at its worse as well. Parking also takes hours to find, I am not exaggerating. All of this while charging insanely high prices without utilities included. The neighborhood is disgusting too, strange men will try to approach you, not safe to walk at night, its always very noisy and overcrowded. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
I’ve been very happy with my tenancy at 200 S Kenmore Avenue. My apartment is a great studio; rent is reasonable. The owners are attentive, and repairs are done quickly and well.
I have been living here for a long time and I have really found a nice place and the neighborhood is very quiet, the apartment is clean and has all the services, so far I have not had any problems, the manager has been very kind from the moment the lease was made so far and I have nothing to complain about, I know everything will continue this well with this new management, I hope to be here for quite a long time. Llevo viviendo aquí un buen tiempo y realmente he encontrado un lugar agradable y el vecindario es muy tranquilo, el apartamento es limpio y cuenta con todos los servicios, hasta el momento no he tenido ningún problema, la administradora ha Sido muy amable desde el momento que se hizo el contrato de arrendamiento hasta ahora y no tengo nada de que quejarme, espero que siga todo así de bien y ojalá pueda estar aquí por bastante tiempo.
Vivo aquí y Es un lugar tranquilo y los apartamentos están limpios y bien cuidados, Todo muy bien.
-No parking (no private lot and street parking is a nightmare) -Not that many outlets inside the unit -Very old building with pest issues (mice, bed bugs, roaches) -Some units have exposed brick walls which make it very dusty (horrible for allergies) -No urgency regarding maintenance requests -No transparency/horrible communication w/ management (gives fake contacts and don't respond at all) -Security issues (including intruders in the lobby and rooftop) -Rooftop alarm has gone off twice for 30 min-an hour at a time in the last few months -Electricity and water outages seem more frequent than usual (I've lost electricity in my kitchen more than 3x) -No digital door access making it hard to receive packages/allow guests to enter -Construction noises/workers staring you down everytime you enter/exit your unit

We have regular maintenance and pest control and would be glad to address these issues immediately. We understand that parking can be tough in the surrounding areas. We are undergoing renovations and have been notifying tenants 48 hours in advance if water is being shut off unless it is an emergency related to a repair. We hope to hear from you soon.
