Great location, great people, so-so parking

This is a quaint, older, brick apartment building located in Koreatown. It has an old charm that is very enjoyable and most everyone is friendly and helpful. It is conveniently located to lots of shopping, downtown, Larchmont Village, Hollywood and Wilshire Blvd. The parking is difficult, but I easily get around on foot and bus. It is mostly quiet minus the occasional music from the building next door. The apartments are all studios but they are on the large side with plenty of storage space. It is lovely to walk here because there are many streets lined with beautiful trees in this neighborhood. The only downsides are roaches (although management offers free fumigation), management is a little slow on fixing repairs, and a lack of elevator. Overall it is a great place to live, I highly recommend it.
