Property Ratings at Kenmore Apartments
For the last 12 years my family had called Kenmore Apartments home. You cannot find a better location. So close to all the stores and restaurants located on Queen Street, and easily accessible to the highway for traveling to work. We loved the community Kenmore was building, and our neighbors were always kind and welcoming. The superintendent, Robert, was always available whenever an issue arise and always made sure it was fixed before he left. He was fantastic. The front office management, specifically Cyndi, were always a pleasure to speak with.
Moved into a two bedroom unit in January of 2023. Very quiet, clean apartment complex and very conveniently located near everything on Queen street area! Laundry on site, Rob the property manager is very responsive and helpful. Everyone seems super friendly and the units have amazing closet space which was very important to me.

I can say as my first apartment outside living with family, this is a great place for anyone. Quiet, respectful, beautiful, & affordable property tucked away off Queen St with everything within a min of here. Neighbors are respectful, buildings and property are always taken care of too. Property supervisor makes sure anything needed gets taken care of. The office is respectful, kind & flexible, very understanding with any concerns or issues. I can say that I have enjoyed my 2 years here and will be signing another year after this too.
Kenmore apartments is a great place to live. Robert the maintenance man is beyond wonderful. He is always there when you need something. He goes beyond measures to make sure the tenants are comfortable and happy. He is very friendly and professional. Also the location is great.
We lived here for 2 years and moved to be closer to work. Overall, we had a really great experience here. It's close to I-84, close to a ton of grocery stores (Price Chopper, Shoprite, Stop & Shop, and Walmart are all within 5 min driving), affordable, and has responsive management. The neighbors are friendly and quiet for the most part. We did have one neighbor who blasted movies/music so loud that they didn't hear us knocking at their door (or chose not to hear us) to ask them to turn down the volume at midnight on a work night. But the management responded quickly every time and they turned down the volume. There are two washers and two dryers in the basement along with a storage unit. Our unit was very nice with all new appliances and newly tiled floors. You can clearly tell they put a lot of effort into keeping the place updated. There's a cleaning lady that comes at least weekly to clean the hallways and stairs. Parking was never an issue for us even though we had two cars. The snow removal process worked, but was a little clunky. You had to clear your car, move your car off the premises, and wait for the plows to finish and move your car back (maybe a 2-3 hr ordeal). But where do you move your car when there's a foot of snow on the ground and there's a parking ban? We always went to the Days Inn down the street, but got suspicious looks from people. They're constantly working to make things better though, so they'll probably have this down soon. All in all, this place has a great location, helpful management, and affordable rent.
Well managed property with great responsiveness to inquiries or requests. Very affordable rent for the area and great location near I-84.
