About Kennard Senior Living
Kennard Senior Living is now leasing Studio and 1 Bedroom apartments to individuals over age 50 in the newly renovated complex formerly the location of Kennard Elementary School. All units are on first floor with inside hallways with 24 hour monitoring and secured doors at the entrances. Amenities include a Community Room with exercise equipment, large screen television, library, card tables, billiards and other games. Additionally, an onsite no cost laundry room, picnic tables, enclosed dog park and barbecue grill are provided for use by residents. On site salon with both men’s and women’s hair on Tuesdays and manicure and pedicure treatments on Wednesdays. A private family room with kitchenette is available to be reserved at no cost by residents for family, club and other gatherings. Inside storage units available at additional cost. All units are fully handicapped accessible. The Cafe is open Monday thru Saturday from 8 AM to 2 PM with low cost meals. It is also open on Tuesday evenings during BINGO with pizza specialized. The Café is also open for family nights are every Friday and Saturday from 5 PM to 9 PM for the entire community to come together - - - enclosed dog park, basketball, pool, air hockey, corn hole and euchre . Utility charge is an additional $150 per unit and includes all utilities except Internet and telephone which are optional to tenant.

Excellent Facility
This is an excellent facility. Its well taken care of, you can really tell George (the owner) cares alot about his residents. My father had nothing, George found him everything he needed from clothes to furniture and everything in between. You just don't find management that is that caring. ? He let us come after hours to sign the lease and move in. He helped me get him all set up that night, even found him a t.v we could use. They have motorized scooters for the residents to use free of charge, a free laundry room, a library, a salon, a cafeteria. The residents are all friendly and very caring. I just can't say enough good things about this place. I am so grateful I found it.

Fantastic facility
This place is such a well taken care of and caring place. The owner makes sure you are always well taken care of. As well as a cafeteria that provides food. Rooms are nice and open! Located in a quiet little town that will get to know you and make many friends! I recommend this place!
