Property Ratings at Kenneth Gardens
This is the most horrible place to live in. I could write a whole book about all the problems that this place has and will continue to have: 1- Parking is a complete nightmare. You will not find a parking spot if you work a late shift or get home after 10:00 pm. On one occasion my car was towed because I couldn't find a parking spot and I had to park in a no-parking zone when I went to the office to make a complaint I was told by the secretary to park on the street and I was like why???? if when I signed my lease I was supposed to be assigned two (2) parking spots and I only have one car. 2- The management office is a joke. They are unprofessional and rude, especially the front desk secretary. Every time you go to the office to make a complaint or a maintenance request all they do is take your name and number and proceed to tell you that are going to give you a call, something that never ends up happening. 3- Units are outdated with old appliances, smelly carpets, squeaky floors, and ugly paint. The intercom at the entrance doesn't work so, there is no way to get a hold of you. Most mailboxes have the door lock broken causing those mailboxes to remain always open. There is always a lot of mail and packages on the floor and on numerous occasions, some of my packages have been stolen. 4- Very loud tenants. You can hear every single footstep from the people above, this is very annoying especially very late at night or very early in the morning. You can also hear all the arguments, noise, and loud music from the units next to you. 5- Bad smells. You can smell all the cooking from the hallway because the kitchen extractors don't work properly. You can also smell the marihuana coming from some of the units. 6- The machines in the laundry room are always dirty, smelly, and/or broken. In most cases, tenants don't empty the machines and leave their clothes in there for hours or days. 7- Maintenace is sloppy and slow. They show up to your unit after numerous requests and they always tell you that they have to come back because they are not able to fix or make the repairs or don't know what the problem is.
These apartments are very nice! The location is great, the layout is spacious, and the amenities are top-notch. The management is super friendly, helpful, respectful and very reliable always ready to assist. I love the community atmosphere and the way of how peaceful is being here. Overall, it's a wonderful place to call home. But mostly to feel safe and comfortable.
I was looking for a 1-bedroom apartment at the Kenneth Gardens. Upon viewing the unit, the apartment is VERY spacious. The office staff was very helpful throughout the process and maintained me updated on where my application was in the process. After, living here a few months, nothing has changed. The staff is very helpful. I would highly recommend people applying here.
This is a very horrible place to live in. The office employees are very rude especially the new front desk worker. Maintenence is very slow and sloppy, I always complained about the heating not working in the bedrooms and the issue was never resolved. Apartments are very outdated with old appliances, smelly carpets and ugly bathrooms. The painting in the apartment was very unprofessional, seems like somebody painted it for free. They only care about getting the rent money!
The worst place you could ever live . the office workers are extremely rude , and have disgusting attitudes. Apartments are outdated. And the Maintenance staff does a horrible job at cleaning. the building in constantly dirty for days at a time with no cleaning. not worth the rent your paying.
Current tenant… small , outdated , mold infested apartments … the staff in the office are BEYOND rude and don’t help … as long as the rent is paid they could careless what issues are in the units .
Kenneth Gardens is very roomy and is very convenient to everything you need THE PLUS!!! The buildings are outdated and the rent is high the maintenance crew is lazy and doesn't do anything right, its very sloppy work. The office people are very unethical and seems like they have no pleasure in helping their tenants the actual people that live here. These building have small Apts and larger apt like 3 bedrooms and they provide NO VISITORS PARKING>>THEY TOW YOUR CAR!!! If you like company this is not the place to live because there is no where to park the car of the company. The kitchens and bathrooms are very outdated and no one cares all they want is their rent. and its not cheap. My mom lives there currently and we can't even visit in peace/ her aid now takes an uber to her house.
