I have lived at the Kensington apartments for almost seven years. During my time as a resident here, I have been very satisfied in living within this community. The property is nicely maintained. The amenities are plentiful, such as multiple laundry rooms, multiple swimming pools, and a work out room. It's a gated community which gives this community a safe and secure environment. The office (management) is helpful, professional and friendly. I would and will recommend Kensington to any friends or anyone looking for a nice community to call home.

wow, I love what they did to the club house/pool area. And upgraded desktops!! very nice. The gym looks clean. I would like to have the TV back though and the vending machine. Laundry machines were upgraded years ago. Although I dont recommend it for heavy laundry. overall, its a decent apartment to live in

I haven had water damage in a few yrs which is great. It’s a great area to live u can walk to stores Starbucks walk without being mugged or fear for your life. It’s pretty quiet. Neighbors are respectful.

Despite some issues I have (not many), I enjoy my living experience at Kensington. I have lived here for 6 years, so yes, I like living here. The management/office staff are excellent. Polite, helpful and welcoming. The grounds, laundry room, pool area, etc. are kept clean. I would recommend Kensington as a living community to anyone looking for an apartment.

Kensington Community is truly a fantastic place with an amazing Management team. Words cannot express how much we like this place and with marveling the management team, such as Miss Michelle and other team members. Don’t let the façade of a nice office and fake smiles fool you. This place is filthy. There’s construction all the time the sewer pipes are exposed. It smells disgusting, rats and roaches crawl across the sidewalks, the laundry rooms are unsanitary. It’s not safe due to crime occurring regularly. Once you sign your lease, they won’t care about you. Stay far far away from this place.

I've been living here for over a year now and I've liked these apartments up until now. Recently, there was a surge of Hyundai and Kia car thefts from the property and it turns out they KNEW about it for MONTHS! Instead of informing the community, they kept it to themselves to make it seem like a safe place. My car was stolen because they couldn't simply inform residents that targeted cars we're being stolen. I thought communities were supposed to keep people and their property safe...

No walk through when I moved out, they charged for things NOT broken or scratched $450 over the deposit, and then when I went to pay it I was told over the phone I'm now being charged over $700. The apartment was awful between the fighting outside at night, the loud hammering in the daytime and most of the time you can't get a hold of the office by phone and they rarely ever call back. The rent they tell you isn't the amount you pay, they call it "base rent" and then throw on around $200 extra every month. I found a 3 bedroom house far cheaper to rent then the 2 bedroom apartment and the house is in a much better area

Property used to be a decent place to live. Ever since Greystar took over everything has gone downhill. Service is awful. Office staff doesn't communicate with you nor do they keep their promises in a timely manner. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

This place sucks. So many unfinished major projects. Pipes, trenches, laundry rooms, dark no light some areas, broken hot tub for years, rude security, broken fire alarms. Those aren't minor. Trenches dug everywhere are dangerous dark sidewalk and mud. Trenches on sides dug for pipes. Been that way two months. Low end apartments. Greedy owners.

Kensington has been my home for over 3 years. Prior to the pandemic, during the pandemic, and now post pandemic I have always felt safe here. Between the neighbors and the new staff I feel like this is a real community that really do ha w the best intrest for eachother at heart. This community sticks together and helps out eachother like its supposed to be. To me its more then just an apartment, to me Kensington is my HOME.

Other then it being off Watt its a pretty cool place to live. Rents high, but it is everywhere. Staff here are very nice and they are understanding and patient. The apartments are big inside and they even have plenty of activities for all memebers of the community. Check it out, its better then what You think.

Very quiet community. Neighbors and staff are very friendly. Despite the property being fairly old, any maintenence issues get resolved quickly, and everything is kept in good repair.
