I love the property! The best location and excellent structure! 100% recommended! Perfect maintenance service!
I absolutely LOVE living here, it is by far the cleanest complex and I always feel super safe here while my kids and I are able to play safely. The maintenance is amazing as well as the office staff. I have lived all over dfw and wouldn't go anywhere else. I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone!

Feels like a home even though we are next to a very busy state Highway.
Service was fast, apartment management was courteous and professional
Issues: 1) Dog poop everywhere 2) The cost of rent is too high for what you get. The apartments are getting old and need updating/remodeling. There are other nearby apartment complexes that are newer, bigger and charge a couple of hundred dollars less for rent.
The only reason I don't recommend this apartment is due to the extremely poor/lacking option for parking
As we toured the property neighbors stopped to tell us hello and that they really enjoy living at Kensington.
I have lived here fir 21 years
Quiet community. Affordable for the amenities (I.e. garage), and Location. The backside of the property has flooding issues when it rains would not recommend those apartments.
I absolutely love living here. Office staff is very friendly and quick to respond to my needs. It's a very safe community for you're family/kid's to live. *The only thing I would recommend, is making sure that the "new trash " rules are followed by residents. It looks unappealing to new residents and will cause roads and bug's on the property and or in the homes.
Location is great. My apt is nice and quiet for the most part. Good neighbors. Rules for tenants are not always enforced. People keep their garages full and there is zero available parking. Dogs are not always on leash. Poop stations are poorly kept. Parking in the fire zones has always been a big problem. 6 years here.
It is quiet and private. I am centralized.close to everything I need.

Maintenance is incredible. When concerns are brought to the office staff, immediate action is taken. It is not lip service, it is action oriented staff.

Very clean living space. Management come quickly and fix things that need it.
would recommend as it is well kept, gated, and quiet. The maintenance and office staff are very friendly.
I only wouldn't recommend the community based off of the price. It's just simply not a reasonable price.
the location is difficut to get into and the buildings are very close together. These are the main reasons I'm not certain.
The community is kept very clean and the residents are friendly.The nearby park is an added bonus.

Since your company began managing the complex the landscaping has improved by 100%. The maintenance people are prompt, efficient and friendly. The only negative in the mix is the parking and trash. Some residents put the trash out on Saturday evening. That is embarrassing when I have visitors. A lot of people use their garage for storage and park their cars outside thereby creating parking problems for the others

I would recommend this apartment complex because it is clean, quiet and the staff are excellent. Every time we have had a repair needed it is done quickly. Everything works great and we love living here.
Guest parking has a lot to be desired. Many people do not use their garage for parking vehicles. Some people have 2 to 3 vehicles. They use it for storage, motorcycles, RTVs.
Office personal, maintenance team all well above previous experiences in other locations.
the number one thing about Kensington by the Vineyard property is how quiet and clean and everyone is very friendly and respectful.
First visit, knew this is the lifestyle I am looking for!
Inadequate parking, and confined feeling at the unit that would be available.
Staff is super nice, Brittany and the apartment is great for my growing family since we can not afford a house right now
The office staff are great and the apartment itself is very nice as well as the overall neighborhood.
Very affordable living for me and I absolutely love that each unit comes w/ a garage.
I would not recommend this apartment because 1) the office staff 2) the garage is too small 3) guest parking is beyond horrible 4) Maintenance request problem did not get resolved
I lived here 9 years and was very happen until the management changed. All the amenities I was used to went away but my rent continued to increase
I would recommend it to another person, however I would warn them to NOT take an apartment which butts up to the construction. The comples is wonderful, however the construction noise is unbearable for me.
