Middletown/Goshen is an area about 70 miles north of New York that surrounds Interstate 84 and Highway 17. This wooded community is an ideal mix of residential, natural, and modern areas. Modern amenities like the Galleria at Crystal Run, hotels, and the Garnet Health Medical Center can be found at the Highway 17 and Interstate 84 intersection. Golf courses, parks, and the Wallkill River provide residents with outdoor recreation. Most of the Middletown/Goshen rentals can be found towards the center of the region, and they range from mid-rise apartments to suburban homes. Just outside of the neighborhood, residents have access to massive state parks, New York Stewart International Airport, and more great amenities.

Property Ratings at Kensington Manor
I have lived here for almost 4 years now, I love everything about it being a family of 5. My biggest thing is safety and i feel that here, Some times it does take time to get things done in the unit but speaking to Valentina and how she works with her tenants I feel like she truly cares. If thinking of renting here, ask for Valentina she's your girl
Rented there for couple of years and the space size of the Apartment was nice BUT the management there is horrible. There is a lack of communication they take forever to answer the phones someone is always out of the office to answer questions or if you need something fixed you’ll be waiting forever. Apartments come with dish washer mine never was either plugged or may not even work i didn’t bother calling so i can’t really say but when I moved in with the window being broken on the bottom and told them they said they will fix when they replace all the windows let’s just say i moved out and no window was ever fixed and when they say they coming to fix something they don’t show up and have to keep calling and there always an excuse. There is not enough maintenance people only like two people and there garbage on the floor when you to your apartments or in the parking lot in the grass which irritating since your paying rent. I never write reviews but i feel like people should know in advance what they are getting into. The complex is run by a family they don’t communicate well tenants and they don’t communicate together to get to things ran smoothly.
I have lived here for many years and this place has gone down hill in the last two years FAST. If anything needs repairs, forget it as you wont get it repaired despite many promises. There is always a leak or something going on and that is the excuse. Old appliances, old apartments. Extremely old carpets that by law do not even get replaced. The parking situation is horrendous. The parking lot is also not well lit. They would do well if they had marked spaces for their tenants and a visitors lot. Management used to keep the grounds clean but there's no upkeep on the property. At the time, there are leaves everywhere, the stairs are dirty filled with garbage and leaves. The pool has not been opened for years. Management does not care, they care more about their Limoncello restaurant than keeping these grounds intact despite the amount of rent paid. Do NOT RENT HERE.
Kensington Manor is a very family oriented apartment complex. I have lived here for four years and love the atmosphere. The apartment complex is clean and well maintained. The property manager and maintenance workers are very nice and helpful. If you need something to be fixed it is done in a quick timely fashion. The complex is quiet and safe for children. The apartments are well maintained and spacious.
Kensington Manor is hands down the nicest place to live in Middletown. The apartments are huge, the landscape is beautiful, it honestly feels like I live in a resort. Anyone that makes a negative comment about this place is delusional. If you ever ha e an issue the apartment manager and her team are lightning quick to resolve. I can’t say enough about this place accept I’m so blessed to live here.
Kensington Manor- Middletown, NY The apartment I would consider average. We are currently in a 2 bedroom apartment, which the space itself is fine. The price is a little high considering the apartment itself does not include any amenities. When it comes to getting things repaired, the service is not that knowledgeable and are very slow to respond. The locating is great though, it is very close to Route 211 in middletown so keep us close to highways, shops and restaurants.
