People need to clean-up after their dogs. People cannot walk anywhere without worrying they will step in dog waste. I take my dog to the same place to potty almost every time. I do not go anywhere else in the complex to take my dog to potty because of the dog waste.

I love the apartment and the neighbors. Not only are they amazing but so are the office staff! They treat everyone kindly and help out when needed. As for the unit I am obsessed with the balcony. Great place to live, whether you’re single or you have a family! There are lots of amenities to choose from, and the prices are affordable. The biggest advantage for me was that there’s no deposit, if you qualify! Come check it out; you’d be crazy not to!

Great location, Quiet, Pools are not maintained as well as they should and none of the hot tubs have worked properly for a long time. Staff is awesome, maintenance is very quick and great people.

I have only lived at Kensington Park for a few months, but my experience has been great! I live in a one bedroom, one bathroom with my partner. The apartment feels very new, spacious, and well-maintained. Although it's not the cheapest apartment in Springfield, I definitely feel like its worth the cost (especially when compared to other apartments with similar rents). I haven't had any problems with management, my neighbors, or maintenance. The gym has some older equipment, but I would say it has everything you need to get a workout in. The lazy river and pool are clean and usually not super busy. There is also a community center with a ping pong table, a pool table, and some other games.

The love the community so far, very quiet and friendly. The parking has been my favourite as it’s easy to just pull up right in front of our apartment. The heated pools are quite an amenity, and not to mention the gated fence surrounding the the area. Overall a fantastic place.
