I love this place, I never have to fight for parking which is amazing. There are 2 pools which is also nice considering the complex is massive. For all the benefits, the space, in unit washer and dryer, price, etc. this complex is worth it.

Good: -great staff of people working here -safe place overall -close enough to other businesses without too much noise -ok part of town Not so good: -some of the residents drive like maniacs -delivery services/people that come here drive too reckless and often blare their radios too loud while here -age discrimination from younger residents -the landscapers do an extremely crappy and careless job and come too often for the crappy "work" they do, I feel dam sorry for management paying them whatever they are paying them

People need to clean-up after their dogs. People cannot walk anywhere without worrying they will step in dog waste. I take my dog to the same place to potty almost every time. I do not go anywhere else in the complex to take my dog to potty because of the dog waste.

Kensington Park Apartments are great and I am happy and grateful to be living here! The front office ladies are always kind and helpful! I put in a request to have our walkways cleaned and they just got power washed a few weeks ago so that is awesome. Maintenance crew is helpful and they always reply in a timely manner.

Overall, it’s a good place to live with nice and clean apartments. Only downside is not enough parking spaces, so at times you have to park far away.

The community is clean, quiet and accommodating! The staffs are professional, helpful and friendly. The price is good and I love the amenities. I enjoy the layout of my unit. It has lots of space, storage, closet and cabinet areas.

It is our first week at the Kensington Park apartments. Thus far we have felt very welcomed. The office staff has been friendly and helpful. We needed a new ceiling fan and it was installed immediately the maintenance staff was kind and friendly as well. Everything here is tidy and clean.

Supposed to be non-smoking community. Already smelled weed and haven't lived here long. I have really bad asthma. Unhappy about this. I work from home so this could be a major issue for me.

Very secure and cute neighborhood. lots of good trees on the older side. Pool is also very nice in the summers. Wish the community laundry wasn't coin operated!

I love the apartment and the neighbors. Not only are they amazing but so are the office staff! They treat everyone kindly and help out when needed. As for the unit I am obsessed with the balcony. I get to sit out there and drink my coffee in the mornings and hangout at night. It tends to be very peaceful and relaxing.
