Property Ratings at Kent Place Residences
The property and tenants seem nice, but the staff is understaffed and rude. We drove 60 miles to view a few more places and were prepared to sign a lease, however, the staff would not take time to spend with us despite us having an appointment. The staff does not answer phone calls, despite having a concierge. Also, we saw numerous doors propped open, allowing local homeless to access the tenant's front doors and vehicles.
I love living here. I'm incredibly happy with Kent Place. I have made some wonderful friends here. This home!
I love living here. I hope after Covid, Kent Place will be the wonderful apartment building that I moved into 6 years ago.
Gorgeous property that has been run into the ground. Ownership has either forgotten that they own it, or feels that the market is so hot right now, that they can spend zero dollars on upkeep.
If there is ever a problem with anything in our apartment home someone is always there to help and I really appreciate that!
I just love it here. I have been here for over six years. There is no better location. Everything is next door, bank, grocery, liquor, restaurants, and now Nail Salon. It is like living in a hotel, and my apartment is beautiful.

We, Kent Place Residents, went through a very hard time between Covid -19 and management. I moved here almost 6 years ago. I loved living here then. Now with new management, Kent Place is getting back to the wonderful apartment community it was. I don't think there is a better apartment community around. I love it here and wouldn't live anywhere else!
Management and staff are very kind. However, the quality of our apartment upon moving is was not acceptable. It is still dirty from the previous tenant and needs many repairs. Not a good move-in experience. Very let down.

Great value for $$ ; love the large balcony and the extra spacer -- front desk / leasing office staff could not be friendlier nor more accommodating. Well equipped gym - even kettle bells -- can't wait for covid to be over so that social amenities can be fully open!
Kent Place is not a great place to live right now. We are supposed to have 24 hour concierge. We sometimes have a "body" at the counter. That person just answers the phone. If you have a package, no one knows where it is. I have lived here 5 1/2 yrs. Management seems to be the problem at this time.
This is not the place it used to be. Reduced services, security, amenities.
I am a new resident and I have to compliment the maintenance team. They were extremely efficient, professional, and detailed in completing my work orders. I am very satisfied so far.

Wonderful location with several valuable amenities that have been disregarded and put by the wayside. This apartment complex has many issues - few are being addressed. Several people will be leaving after their leases end.

My experience at Kent Place Residences has been going downhill since Avenue 5 took over management of the property. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
Great place to live! So much close by within walking distance.
When I moved in it seemed too good to be true. Cheap rent, friendly people, newer building. This has turned out to be one of the worst places I've ever lived. Management will simply not respond to anything. Apt smells like weed constantly from neighbors, and upstairs neighbor keeps calling the cops repeatedly, bothered by everything. Management gave her my physical description so she could lie about me banging on her door and try to get me arrested for no reason other than calling in noise complaints. When I called management to ask why they called the cops, they called the cops again. The walls are literally spewing allergens and aggressive bugs which wake you up, out of the hallway HVAC too. There is an extremely loud popping settling noise at night, especially when it's cold, making it very hard to sleep. Started having nausea and sweats, then got a letter on my door asking if I wanted to join a group lawsuit because people were having health problems. Sitting here with swollen submandibular lymph nodes from a hole through the floor behind the dishwasher I had to fix myself. Central fire alarm goes off often. They turned off the elevator fan because it was leaking through to all the apartments. The water pump room is often left open with stuff leaking everywhere and a pitcher doesn't filter the dirt and microbes out. Hallway electrical outlets have burn marks on them like someone shorted them. Leasing agent lied about additional common area fees. My bedroom is at an angle. All the outlets and fixtures have gaping holes behind them. How could a 7 year old building be this bad?

Our once great living community now looks run down and not secure. There is no longer any upkeep or updating. It truly needs attention.

What can I say? I've been here for over 4 years. Moving to Kent Place was one of the best things I have ever done. I love it here!
I love the resort style living with excellent staff and amenities. From the dog path with waste bags and receptacles to the gym and steam room to the clubhouse and theater to the golf simulator and pool area, everything you would want on a vacation is right here at home. Friendly staff that go above and beyond make living here a wonderful experience.
Security is a joke. I have had an expensive bicycle and a car stolen from the lower level.
This complex has been going down hill since the day I moved in almost 3 years ago.

This place looks great from the outside and I guess if we didn't have someone living above us that was so loud it might be acceptable to stay here another year or two. However, it is clear the apartment community will not do anything for its residents unless they threaten lawsuits or are super rich and threaten the company. This is a horrible way to make your residents feel appreciated for paying your bills.

I have been here for four years. I love it here. Kent Place is beautiful, and it's like living in a hotel with family! The concierge, Michael and Wasiem are extraordinary. Another plus is the great location. I couldn't be happier.

Kent Place is a friendly, caring community with people of all ages. Our building is very well taken care of, with helpful staff and maintenance crews. The location of KP is great for access to the mountains, downtown and the tech center, plus many surrounding shopping areas and restaurants. Love the easy access to the grocery store-walking!
We quietly recommend Kent Place, but are far too private to put our names in public. We have many living options and would not continue to live here if not entirely happy !
The leasing agent Danielle was especially helpful and made our move in process smooth. We love the amenities and glad we choose Kent Place as our forever home!!!
