Property Ratings at Kenwood Crossing
DONT MOVE HERE ! They will play in your FACE ! There’s never a way to contact the office or property manager. They will hear you calling and ignore you. I move here in August 2023 , I've haven't been able to wash or dry my clothes since. I have to go the laundry mat to do so. All tenants pay different prices for rent. There's leaks In the building and the hot water works when it wants. Theres so much to say but you get the picture.
I have been a tenant here for a few years now & there are multiple issues with GHC Living management. There are roaches in just about every unit, management always has their phones turned off, leasing agent is beyond inconsiderate and lacks compassion for what we as tenants are going through, and to top it off none of our maintenance request are being fulfilled in a timely manner. We are overcharged for utilities, trash being the highest varying monthly starting around forty dollars and another twenty dollars for sewage. There is no onsite management like they promise, their door is constantly locked when they are supposed to be in office from 9-5, and their phones are always turned off. We cannot reach anyone regarding maintenance issues but are being told to not curse out the employees that do not respond to us? Please do not waste your energy, time, or money on this place. Most tenants are planning to escrow their rent money until repairs are done and are not renewing leasing due to how living conditions here.
