Just 10 miles west of Fayetteville's city center sits the charming suburban community of Seventy-First/Cliffdale. Although housing and apartment complexes occupy most of Seventy-First/Cliffdale's land area, a small commercial area exists in the neighborhood. However, most of the neighborhood's residents commute to other sections of the city to work, entertain themselves and shop. For the most part, descriptors such as quiet, safe and slow-paced are apt to use about life in Seventy-First/Cliffdale. The neighborhood also contains a fair bit of undeveloped land, especially surrounding the numerous small lakes and streams that dot Seventy-First/Cliffdale's landscape.

Property Ratings at Keystone Apartments
I've lived here for a bit over 2 years now. Recently, my building had a water heater blow and it flooded out my unit. Thankfully, none of my personal possessions were damaged, but the carpets and flooring were destroyed along with the lower end of the walls. The assistant manager and the staff were awesome in helping me get a new unit on the property as well as assisting me in moving my belongings. I signed another year lease with the because of this. The only things that could use improvement is a couple of buildings could use better accessibiity and the tennis court needs a resurfacing. The property is in a good location right near Cliffdale & Skibo and I'd recommend it to anyone, especially if you like easy access to the shopping, dining and highway.
I have been living here almost a year now. I have been patient and understanding that management was short staffed on maintenance workers. Something has got to give I have been up to the office about multiple work orders in my apartment. It seems like I am being ignored and nothing gets done. This place is trash. There is no playgrounds for kids, no dog park, most of the picnic tables for the grilling area are broke and rotted. The gym they have is tiny and is located in the laundry facility. The town houses are cold and drafty if you have an older air unit. Also the front doors have major gaps that let in cold air and bugs. I don’t mind it being out of date but I would like it in good condition. There is not a lot of grass around here. This complex really only has one thing to offer and that’s storage. It seemed really affordable with the deals they have for new tenets but definitely not worth it.This place has been nothing but head ache and heartbreak. I thought maybe with a new owner work orders would start to get done but it is basically the same and I will not be staying here and I wouldn’t advise anyone else stay here either. I wish I had listened to the reviews I seen. Oh and when another apartment has plumbing that needs work the whole complex has to be shut off.

Hi Valued Tenant, I do apologize if you have felt ignored. Our goal is not to make you feel in any way but happy when you come home. Our construction team lives onsite and has worked all summer- current to replace roofs, windows, siding, parking lot repairs, inside of apartments and much more. I know we have been in place a short time period but I do not see any outstanding work orders. However, I would love for you to come into the office and place one with us and someone from our team can walk through your home with you to address your concerns immediately. -Management
Maintanence is horrible, staff does not really care for needs of tenants. Told us the apartment was move in ready and it was not, shower did not work, closet doors dont shut, stove does not work, paint on the roof is peeling, there are actual holes in the walls that were never patched up from past tenants. Horrible place to live.
I've been here several yrs and I found it to be a great place to live. I've ran into personal issues and management was so helpful, I can't thank them enough! Anytime I've placed a work order it was completed same day or next day, and since I've been there only ac (20 mins to repair) light bulbs and drip pans for the stove tops needed replacing. Pretty good for an old unit as someone stated in another review. I think they do the very best they can to keep the grounds up especially when on the weekends some tenants prefer not to utilize the dump and place empty restaurant bags outside their car, no fault of management and they are quick to clean up things. There is military here so they come and go that's why there can be several units available at a time. I'm a happy tenant and will resign next yr??
I love where we live. Been here for 6 months, a decent place to live compared to others apartments located around this location with their prices, Their utilities are included except electricity. You get cable, the internet, home phone, with wifi ....you can't beat that around here.... When I moved here the staff was very informative. The staff was kind and understanding they helped me out in the difficult time of my split with my significant other. ....it has been a minute living the apartment life, I had to make some adjustments, things are settling down. They always ask how am I doing? That means a lot. My children love the location, close to all the amenities they were looking for. Maintenance always fixes whatever problems I had with my apartment in a prompt manner, always let me know what steps they have to take to fix the issues. They are painting the outside the buildings and when my daughter and I saw the first building they painted, we both like what we saw. We can't wait to get our building painted...we love the colors.
From the time that I called to check the availability up to my move in, the process has been a breeze. Office staff was very friendly, my apartment was clean and I didn't have to pay an outrageous amount of money to move in. I've lived in a few apartments but this experience has been hands down the best. The young lady told me everything that I needed to get started and not once did I get the run around. Love the all inclusive package with the water, cable, phone and internet included with the rent. Thank you
First let me say the units are old but the price isn't bad for a single mother. My rent includes cable and internet which is good one less bill to pay . The office has always been helpful every time I had a work order or problem. My AC did go out and had to go without AC for a week while the part came in though. I have good neighbors who help me when I needed help jumping my car. Maintenance worker is nice and polite. Yes there are pet owners who do not pick up after their pets!! Shame on the lazy ones! In all I am happy living here.
let's start with the office people that assistant manager is very rude girl and the manager is a old all day smoking racist that hires maintenance men that smokes black n milds and sneak people keys to" squat " in random abandon apartments . When I first moved in dog poop everywhere outside and dog hair on carpets remind you I do not own pets . Trash dumpsters overflow all the time it's very nasty and unsanitary. If you have a maintenance request it takes them awhile or they ignore ... I am currently trying to find a new place to go . My Advice for anyone is to not move here.

Thank you for your feedback, we are sorry you had problems while living here at Woodstream. Please contact us so we can discuss and correct any issues or concerns you may be having.
Hey all. As apartments go, Woodstream has been a decent place to live. I am a single friendly patient guy, with a military background, going through college. The living accommodations I have are great for me. I try to be self sufficient and when I needed it the staff at Woodstream have been helpful with questions I have. My schedule is very different from the average person but I can get assistance with issues I come across before they become a serious problem. I have lived in this community for 3 years, and have friends who live in surrounding apartment neighborhoods. For the most part, I am thankful for what I have, for the price I have it. Especially as a student. I have more than enough space for myself and it shows. lol
...and they will tell you the truth. Apartment switched owners a year ago and didn't keep records of the damages from before we moved in, I guess. Gave us our security deposit back and then 2 MONTHS later called us saying there were damages when we left? Something doesn't add up here. Not only were we not living in great conditions (Living room flooded everytime it rained and they did nothing, instead of accommodating us into another unit or offering to fix the carpets/mold, people yelling at all hours of the night, dog poop everywhere, etc.) If you are a military family, I wouldn't recommend moving here, because they do not keep their papers organized- and will possibly charge you for breaking your lease even if you gave them orders (Lady on the phone says that sometimes happens! Wow!) Would give zero stars if I could.
Any positive reviews that you read on here or anywhere else are lies. I'm currently a tenant and I'm sure that you will recieve the same response if you were to ask for my opinion or anyone else who lives here. The buildings are ancient and outdated for the price, don't be fooled by the display on the website or in person. Management is alsways changing and they force hidden fees and packages on you when you sign the lease. Work orders are slow to be addressed and Maintenance crews lack in knowledge to fix concerns correctly the first time. Office personnel put on fake smiles so that you can take the bait but show signs of attitude once the lease is locked in. Trust when I say they only care about collecting a paycheck and rent vs customer satisfaction. Cops are out here frequently for vehicle burglaries and motorcycle thefts, you will see a lot of vancacies if you ride through due to the overpricing and dissatisfaction of their tenants. They claim that the new management and owners are wonderful concerned ppl when they are really no better than the last group that owned and ran this place. I for one believe that they are far worse than the ones before. These people enter your home without any notification or phone call and or formal notice that they have been in your apt. I Am doing you favor by telling you TO SEEK RESIDENCE somewhere else.. RENT AT YOUR OWN risk. I would give a half star but it won't allow me too.......

I am sincerely sorry for any problems you are having here at Woodstream. Please contact me at your earliest convenience to discuss and let me show you our renovated units.
The place is outdated and poorly maintained. Policies change every other month, they leave annoying notes on your door, force packages on tenants they do not want, etc I would not recommend living here.
This is the best place under the sun. Comfortable, cozy, homey. Country setting. Safe feeling without bars or gates or that "Prison" effect. It is close to my new job at the Fayetteville Veterans Affairs and close to night life (if that is your thing) and grocery stores; Yet, away from hustle and bustling traffic. If any maintenance is needed; You state problem-They right on it (snap of a finger). The Management watched over my travel from Boone, Iowa to here. Calling to make sure I was well and safe. After lease signed; They continue to call to make sure all is up to my pleasures. Without over calling. This is a wonderful location/Place to call home.
