Keystone at Castle Hills

This property has always been great. It’s a quiet community and their maintenance team is what makes it work. I appreciate all that they do and grateful for their service.

In the beginning it wasn’t the best but it is a little better. The office crew some weren’t friendly and personable. The manager wasn’t that nice. Thank God it has gotten better.

I love living here! Everyone is friendly and the community is well taken care of and repair tickets are handled quickly! I have referred my community to several friends.

I really have enjoyed living here so far, it is overall a quiet and well maintained property. Plenty of room for my Dog to walk around and very dog friendly. Office has been helpful with any issue faced and the location is great.

I actually moved in around 2015 (I think); so I 've been here for quite sometime!! I like the fact that it's close to pretty much everything...like grocery stores, shopping malls, etc.... it was also very quiet, convenient and close to my job when I first moved in. I have had the pleasure of meeting some really nice people since moving in; but I've also lost a few who's no longer here. Although a lot of changes since being here, less friendly people and not as quiet as before; I still feel it's the right place for me for now!!

The office staff is extremely helpful, and maintenance fixes your issues very quickly. The property is kept very clean, and is very quiet. Neighbors are very friendly as well.

Decent place to live. Quiet, a lot of parking spaces and clean community. Been living here for 4 years and might upgrade to a bigger unit when my lease it up.

I have lived in this community for 13 years and enjoy it very much. Staff is attentive and when something is broken it is fixed in a timely manner. No.complaints.

We love our location and enjoy our neighbors and proximity to the amenities we use most often! The open space between our building and the next building provides a great place to watch puppies and their owners!

Great community, very quiet and comfortable living. Love seeing all the dog walkers in kids playing at the time. Pools and amenities all with in walking distance.

The leasing office staff has been very responsive and helpful during the application and move-in process. They answered all my questions promptly and made sure the transition was as smooth as possible.

My experience has been amazing . Its very preaceful.especially working from.home!!. The only change i wish happened was that i chose my first option floorplan lol so get it when you see ylir !! Youll miss out lol

I recently transferred apartments for a lower rate and the office staff was friendly and helpful in accommodating me. So far it has been calm and quiet. Everyone keeps to themselves and the surrounding area is clean considering the amount of pets seen going for walks. Although I pay for valet, I love that I can easily walk to the trash bin as needed.

This is a great place to live. Lived there for year and absolutely loved it. It is quiet and drama free. You truly get what you pay for. The office staff members are absolute nice. They are genuinely wonderful people who care and want you to be happy at your new home!

I absolutely love my apartment home and property amenities . Maintenance is top tier, they come in complete the work, always clean up after themselves and if for some reason the work can’t be completed the same day they communicate that info. I have very limited contact with the office staff but I can say the contact I’ve had was professional, courteous and helpful. My number 1 complaint would be the irresponsible pet owners. My building has 2 pet owners. One follows the rules while the other just lets her dogs out in front to handle their business. She never pooper scoops and when it’s hot, humid or windy the front of our property smells like a cesspool. It’s obvious where the dogs frequently urinate as the grass is yellow and basically dead. I do realize management can only do so much however it’s annoying. Overall the property is maintained, quiet, safe, the neighborhood is close to shopping , restaurants and entertainment and I’m ok with calling Keystone my home.

Now that the holidays are over I would like to address the issue of expired vehicles that are taking up parking spaces in front of building 15. Two of the cars are over 5 months past due and watching actual residents having to park hundreds of feet away from their own apartments is absolutely ridiculous

Great property! Office staff is always very friendly and able to help in any concerns. Very clean and always parking available! Very spacious floor plans.

It’s been a great experience living here for the past 2 years. Property is quiet most days and I love the view I have. Any time I’ve had a maintenance request, they’re here within 24 hours to take care of the issue.

So far everything is good. They answere email quickly. It's a very nice place to live. Nice and quiet. Wish other people that lived there would clean up after there dogs. And I think people that don't even live there bring their trash there. I seen someone in a min van unload 10 big black trash bags. He had them every we're in the car and then drove out of the apartment. That's why they are full and Tash everywhere. They could use a few more trash things.

I gave this a 4 star rating. My only thing is the time frame it takes for maintenance to come when you put in a request and the fact that the water in the kitchen takes too long to get hot. Other than that I like it here.

Been here for 5 years. Used to be 5 Stars but they recently heavily restricted access to paid amenities and they are inconsistent with work orders simple issues are in lightening speed but real issues never get resolved. The tickets just keep getting mysteriously closed.

I love living at keystone at castle hills :) I have the best neighbors who makes sure I’m safe! I’m loving my updated appliances as well!!!!

My experience has been positive. I had not lived in an apt for over 50 years so I was worried. I do have complaints about people who are disrespectful of the facilities,like not picking up their pets, dumping trash on the ground and not following the guidelines which management has developed. I consider this is my home and I want to be proud of it. I am a rule follower. I enjoy my neighbors and have a good relationship with them. Surprising what a smile and a good morning will do.

Great experience and pleasant enviroment to stay.Loved the amenties .Parcel room ,swimming pool, fitness center , party room and more than enough space for parking

I've been a resident on this property for 4 months. So far this is are going well as far as the community. It's pretty quiet here and neighbors seems to be friendly. I really like the way the residents take care of their dogs when they are out on walk. The only other thing is maintenence had to come by 3 times to repair a leak from my sink but they got the job done is what's important. Thank you!

Everything is good besides when your maintenance work order gets canceled with no reason and when you asked they won’t answer. I needed the titles in the bathroom re-chalked and painted and after a week and a half the work order was canceled. The last time this happened the titles fell off the wall.

Over all my experience has been good. I renewed for a second year so hopefully it stays that way. There are issues with people picking up after their pets, and parking where they shouldn’t. The amenities are great and for the most part maintenance is very timely. At times it is hard to get questions answered by staff and getting them on the phone is even harder. I know it’s a fault large community but a better way to communicate would be great. Otherwise all in all it’s great.

Well-maintained grounds, clean common areas, great amenities like a pool, gym, or dog park. Responsive staff, helpful with maintenance requests, professional and friendly. Nice place to live.

I really like it here. This is my first time living in another state & I’m so glad I ended up here. Close to everything without the Dallas traffic. There’s plenty of parking. Quiet at night, lockers for parcel pickups. I love that the complex is spread out & we are not stacked on top of each other. Love the countertops, large soaking tub & cabinets.

I am very happy here. This is home. I just need a lot of work done been busy with family I do not have time to submit repairs. I will get with Ans and get them taken care of - Great Staff

Wish playground would be upgraded and gated for the safety of the kids with how fast cars drive. Pet parks have gates. Please help with keeping are kids safe.

My stay at keystone at castle hills has honestly been a great one. From the office staff being professional, friendly, and helpful as well as the community and my neighbors.

Tremendous work by the office and maintenance staff. They truly go above and beyond service. I’m very happy living where I live because of their support.

Love this property the office staff is amazing! The grounds are always kept nice and neat pools always looks great and maintenance staff are always on top of my requests i enjoy it here.

I have been here for almost 5 years now. For the most part it is quiet, but overall it is 100% safe. And for the most part the maintenance staff does come and fix things within a day. The front staff has always been friendly and helpful, especially Ana. I would say that my overall experience here has been a positive one and I would not want to live in any other community.

I really like the apartments the only thing is The maintenance guys they don’t do a really good job and It’s very frustrating dealing with them

Everything is decent besides neighbors having their dogs bark on their patio nonstop starting at 5am. Reported it to animal control and the office, but nothing happened. There’s a lot of trash by the dumpsters, trash collectors need to come at least twice a week.

Since we came to live in this complex we have experienced how good it is to live when no one bothers you, there is enormous tranquility in your home. The service is excellent. Every time you ask for help with something, they solve it in the best possible way.

This area where we live is awesome very quiet neighbors. We enjoy sitting out on our porch in the morning drinking our coffee with our furbaby by our side.

Nice and quiet. Next to lots of restaurants and grocery stores. Might not be the best for a young person, but good for young professionals and families.

Love my neighbors, quiet yet friendly. We may not see each other a lot but we do chat and support each other. My daughter comes home from time to time and I don’t worry about her because I know I can trust my community and that she is safe. I too have often times gone out walking alone and people are friendly in a quiet way.

Nice, diverse community. Quiet. Good communication with leasing office. Apartments are spacious. However, I have been waiting 3 years for bushes which if they are ever planted will raise my rating to 5 stars. Landscaping around other apartments is great. So I have a great view! Those who see my patio just see dirt and rocks. Love the pools!

Haven’t had to many issues with the apartment it’s self maintenance is very prompt. We do have issues with people, not picking up after their dog though and people parking and handicap spots without placards, also leaving trash out on days that are not trash, pick up, leaving the breezeway, stinky and susceptible to bugs. Over all a good apartment I just wish they would enforce the things written in our lease
