Keystone at Castle Hills

I've been a resident on this property for 4 months. So far this is are going well as far as the community. It's pretty quiet here and neighbors seems to be friendly. I really like the way the residents take care of their dogs when they are out on walk. The only other thing is maintenence had to come by 3 times to repair a leak from my sink but they got the job done is what's important. Thank you!

Everything is good besides when your maintenance work order gets canceled with no reason and when you asked they won’t answer. I needed the titles in the bathroom re-chalked and painted and after a week and a half the work order was canceled. The last time this happened the titles fell off the wall.

Over all my experience has been good. I renewed for a second year so hopefully it stays that way. There are issues with people picking up after their pets, and parking where they shouldn’t. The amenities are great and for the most part maintenance is very timely. At times it is hard to get questions answered by staff and getting them on the phone is even harder. I know it’s a fault large community but a better way to communicate would be great. Otherwise all in all it’s great.

I've been living here for many years. I love everything about this place. I like my neighbors and the environment is beautiful. The are many store close by

Well-maintained grounds, clean common areas, great amenities like a pool, gym, or dog park. Responsive staff, helpful with maintenance requests, professional and friendly. Nice place to live.

I really like it here. This is my first time living in another state & I’m so glad I ended up here. Close to everything without the Dallas traffic. There’s plenty of parking. Quiet at night, lockers for parcel pickups. I love that the complex is spread out & we are not stacked on top of each other. Love the countertops, large soaking tub & cabinets.

I am very happy here. This is home. I just need a lot of work done been busy with family I do not have time to submit repairs. I will get with Ans and get them taken care of - Great Staff

Wish playground would be upgraded and gated for the safety of the kids with how fast cars drive. Pet parks have gates. Please help with keeping are kids safe.

My stay at keystone at castle hills has honestly been a great one. From the office staff being professional, friendly, and helpful as well as the community and my neighbors.

Tremendous work by the office and maintenance staff. They truly go above and beyond service. I’m very happy living where I live because of their support.

Love this property the office staff is amazing! The grounds are always kept nice and neat pools always looks great and maintenance staff are always on top of my requests i enjoy it here.

I have been here for almost 5 years now. For the most part it is quiet, but overall it is 100% safe. And for the most part the maintenance staff does come and fix things within a day. The front staff has always been friendly and helpful, especially Ana. I would say that my overall experience here has been a positive one and I would not want to live in any other community.

Wonderful place to live in, quite peaceful friendly. Office personnel is very helpful, maintenance crew wonderful people. Overall my experience living here has been great.

This is a great place to live great neighbors and always quiet and peaceful. Very safe area and easy access to alot of places. Lots of amenities for everyone to enjoy.

I really like the apartments the only thing is The maintenance guys they don’t do a really good job and It’s very frustrating dealing with them

Everything is decent besides neighbors having their dogs bark on their patio nonstop starting at 5am. Reported it to animal control and the office, but nothing happened. There’s a lot of trash by the dumpsters, trash collectors need to come at least twice a week.

Since we came to live in this complex we have experienced how good it is to live when no one bothers you, there is enormous tranquility in your home. The service is excellent. Every time you ask for help with something, they solve it in the best possible way.

This area where we live is awesome very quiet neighbors. We enjoy sitting out on our porch in the morning drinking our coffee with our furbaby by our side.

Nice and quiet. Next to lots of restaurants and grocery stores. Might not be the best for a young person, but good for young professionals and families.

Love my neighbors, quiet yet friendly. We may not see each other a lot but we do chat and support each other. My daughter comes home from time to time and I don’t worry about her because I know I can trust my community and that she is safe. I too have often times gone out walking alone and people are friendly in a quiet way.

Nice, diverse community. Quiet. Good communication with leasing office. Apartments are spacious. However, I have been waiting 3 years for bushes which if they are ever planted will raise my rating to 5 stars. Landscaping around other apartments is great. So I have a great view! Those who see my patio just see dirt and rocks. Love the pools!

Haven’t had to many issues with the apartment it’s self maintenance is very prompt. We do have issues with people, not picking up after their dog though and people parking and handicap spots without placards, also leaving trash out on days that are not trash, pick up, leaving the breezeway, stinky and susceptible to bugs. Over all a good apartment I just wish they would enforce the things written in our lease

This is the worst apartment we have lived in. People are so inconsiderate here, kids stay up all night playing until 11pm, cars blasting their music, nowhere to park, people opening their doors to their car hitting your Car, people smoking weed in their apartments that seep through other apartments even though this is a “smoke free” place. Then when you tell maintence they do nothing. They told our neighbor to call the police instead of dealing with the situation. The pools are closed yet people still go in there and stay up all hours of the night. Like I said the NOISE! It is not quiet here. People stay up all hours of the night blasting their music not only in their cars but inside their apartments. We have to be up early for work and people just don’t care and clearly the staff doesn’t care either. Beware of this place!

It seems like a great place to live. I have had some apartment issues since we moved in, in August but everything was addressed and the maintenance team is super sweet. It just seems it needs a lot of upkeep and something is going wrong every other week or so. The office group is also fairly responsive to request.

Great leasing officers but they frequently go away without any proper handoffs to each other leaving applicants hanging until they communicate internally

Tremendous staff both office and maintenance. Main reason I stay in this property is due to their excellent service. I highly recommend making this location your home because there is nothing else like it.

Just moved in, the process was easy and quick! So far everyone seems very helpful and friendly! The apartment had clearly been updated recently and was very clean upon arrival.

The office staff are wonderful, but my new apartment has a lot of issues when it was advised they needed the full time to have the apartment ready, and it wasn't fully ready. Lights were out, sockets loose, poor paint job, tub chipped, towel rack loose, and the granite countertop is cracked and there are large gaps where silicone or caulking should be. I also saw one cockroach run across my countertop. Which I'm sure is because of the large gap from the granite and wall. It's rather unfortunate because I do really love the apartment in general plus the people, but for the amount of rent I pay a month, the apartment shouldn't have had these issues.

Very nice community to live in. Staff friendly and responsive to any maintenance requests. Friendly and respectful neighbors. The upkeep of pools and grounds is excellent.

Decent place to live, only problem is there’s people that leave their dogs on the patio barking for hours and most of the time it’s early in the morning (5a-8a).

It's been great so far. The pool was closed most of the summer but hopefully next year will be better. They keep everything clean and it's a quiet community.

One of the best places I've ever stayed. Perfect location and really nice neighbors. I've never had any issues with the office. Maintenance is extremely fast and I have no plans of leaving anytime soon! 10/10 recommend

This a beautiful place to live at. I've been living here a couple of years now. I love the neighborhood and hope close is too my job. The local stores are awesome.

Moved in couple of months ago, move-in procedure was quick and easy. Most of the documentation work were on online. Friendly staff and quiet environment.

I have been living here for 5 years now. I absolutely love my community, neighbors are friendly, it’s very family oriented, and safe. The office staff is friendly, professional, and helpful. During my time here I’ve had to call maintenance a few times and they have been quick to respond.

In all reality we are very comfortable living here. The only complaint I have is that the rent is kinda extreme, because we live on a fixed income since my husband and I are both retired. We have had very good and quiet neighbors which is awesome, I'm thankful for that.

I moved in in July. Things have been going well. Timely maintenance request. I surely enjoy the valet trash pick up. There are times I get home late and need to take out the trash. Having someone pick it up is such a blessing. Eventhough there's a fee I find it worth it.

Very quiet,nicely kept, and organized apartment complex. Maintence requests are taken care of very quickly. The amenities at this complex are truly top notch. The pools are so nice as well as the package pick up areas make it very secure to pick up packages .

Everyone was super helpful on move in. There has been a consistent spider issue in my unit but when work orders are put in, they are very quick to get it fixed

Community is nice but services when it comes to repairs is awful. Never can reach anyone by phone. I have been repeatedly emailed and told different dates services would be taken care of and my floor has yet to be repaired.

We have really liked it here. Nice quiet and yes friendly neighborhood. Pools have been nice maintained and areas are always clean. I do wish that the cyber cafe would open

Very friendly staff, all maintenance request have been completed in a timely manner. We did submit a request for bugs to be sprayed and there were some ants that remained in a room where there was no food. I don’t want to overly spray pesticides so that is the reason for the 4 stars. Other than that, our neighbors and community have been great so far! Look forward to getting to know more of the community. Definitely love all the grassy areas, it makes it feel really residential. ALSO plenty of parking space which makes it super easy to park right by my apartment.

The staff is good but it does take time for them to fix issues around complex itself. For the most part it is quiet. Like most apartment complex that allow pets, not all residents pickup after their pets.

Good little or large shall I say complex. Love my apartment. I do live next to the pool and can be loud late at night. The dog park makes up for it.

Generally a great community to stay! Pricing is iffy and I believe can be a bit cheaper. The leasing team is kind and the neighborhood is very nice. Leasing should do a better job with communication and amenities such as the gym need an upgrade. Pools are nice when maintained and cleaned. Maintenance does a decent job overall but has room for improvement. They can do better when it comes to work that should be clean and not rushed such as painting or general repairs.

Very nice community to live in. Office staff and maintenance are quick to respond with any concerns or issues. We have just entered our second year of living here and are very happy.

Nice and quiet place to live. No obnoxious neighbors everyone is respectful of each other’s peace. Staff is polite and friendly. Amenities are up to date.
