Me and my partner moved in a few weeks ago, everything from filling out the application to move in day was so stress free. Thanks to the management, who are always open for questions and concerns! They are absolutely amazing, so helpful and friendly! We have felt the safest living and we couldn’t ask for a better place to live! The layouts are amazing and provide so much space. When we moved in, they even had a welcome home gift waiting for us, they really do care about their residents!
This property is amazing. I believe you’d have to see it in person to understand how well kept and amazing this property is. The staff is amazing. As far as comments regarding the area of town, I’m not sure if I agree. This is one of the safest areas in Greensboro, compared to most.

1. There is poop everywhere you walk in the grass 2. The neighbors are rude and don’t respect quite hours and management doesn’t care 3. The gates don’t work anyone can come in and out as please. 4. Wall are very thin, can hear my neighbors have sex every other night. 5. Power goes out a lot during storms.
There has been one shooting already here, also swat has showed up here as well. And blew a door down. Not the safest place.
I’ve been a resident since july 2020. Complex is really great. I love the location. Maintenance does a wonderful job around the grounds and quickly attending to any in-home requests. Love the gym and amenities now that they’ve become available to use. I have a 1 br and it is lovely. Spacious, i rarely hear my neighbors and it is very faint sounds of music if, so. It is a beautiful, quiet community. I highly recommend. Yes, parking is a pain after 6/7pm, but i’ve gotten used to that.
My husband and I moved from Florida to North Carolina, so the move was stressful enough. Leanne and Sherry have made this entire moving process so smooth and easy. They were there every step of the way. They also called me immediately when our dream apartment was available. The staff is not only professional they are very welcoming and kind. I am so happy that we made the decision to move to Keystone Apartments.
I love the layout of the apartment and the amenities that it offers however that is where the enjoyment ends. Cons: Parking spaces are super tight. So, if one person does not park correctly that messes up all of the other people who need to park. It has been several times that I have come outside and was not able to get into my car because I could not open the door. Yes, they were parked that closely to me. Coming home after eight means you will not get a parking space. Another con is the internet yes it seemed great at first. However, the spectrum men are allowed to come into your apartment without you wanting them there. Some units have the internet stuff placed in the washer room. This is problem because some of the unit’s washer rooms are so tight that you could barely put in a washer and dryer. When the spectrum men came, they moved my dryer which broke one of the feet on my dryer. A suggestion would be to give residents the option to not have spectrum come to their apartment especially since not everyone uses their free internet. I feel its very disrespectful to come in and move residents’ things without their permission especially when its not an emergency The construction is annoying and its never ending. The office placed a letter on door saying that they were repaving the streets. Stated that we needed to move our cars by seven am or they would be towed. That forced people to have to get up earlier to go the work in order to avoid the tow. It would have been more considerate to set the time to nine for residents since people do live here.
Love this aparments, they are new! Its worth living here. Its close to everything, grocery and more. The management its very professional and Sherry and Leane, they are very friendly and always have a smile. I love them.
I am a resident here at Keystone in Jamestown and this apartment is second to none. The amenities here are beautiful and well maintained. The staff is very engaging and make you feel at home every time you walk into the clubhouse. They handle any issue that you may have quickly! They are priced good AND CABLE/INTERNET IS INCLUDED!!!!!! This is not even talking about the apartment itself and how beautiful they are. All around this is a dope community and I love it here!
I have had a great experience with Keystone at James Landing. Leanne is an exceptional property manager. The property has someone usually always answering the phone, Leanne responds promptly to emails and has exceeded my expectations since day 1. I recently moved in within the last week and not only has she been on top of responding to all my several questions, the leasing office manager offered hold packages, open the unit for appliances being delivered and has put in maintenance requests within 24 hours. I've even seen her do videos on social media to allow interested tenants see the units! Leanne not only walked through the apartment with me on move in day, she encouraged me to even dump the ice (since it is a new refrigerator)...she showed me how to use the intrusion alarm, windows...etc...She is professional and on top of it all (I don't know how she does it all). There is currently another building being built and I haven't had any issues with noise at all. The master bedroom is a great size, the kitchen is nice too...I love having a patio and a dining room area. The pool will be fantastic for the summer and the fitness center is amazing. The breezeways are very clean and the only noise I hear is people moving in but that is honestly expected since everyone is moving into this great place! They did a great job spraying the place too...since it is brand new I was worried about all that...but nothing! Great water pressure...and they came to adjust the temperature right away. If you are looking for a new place to live...I'd suggest here...I've seen lots of folks coming to move in! Don't miss out !! She is very thorough with the contract/lease signing as well. Great experience so far...tell them T sent you :) I was overpaying for such a great square footage but this place is so much better and it has a pool!!!!

I recently moved in and so far my experience has been great! My home is beautiful and the amenities are top notch. The ladies in the office have been so helpful to me and my family with everything from the beginning, not to mention that cable and internet are included!

Terrible, Terrible, TERRIBLE!!!!!! Water pressure is LOW no matter which floor you live on although office staff will tell you otherwise. In addition, staff is slow at responding to residential concerns/complaints. They will give you a window of time for updates and never follow through. The “new girl” who is not so “new” NEVER has answers to residential questions. Her go to responses are “idk, I’m new” or “it’s because we’re so new.” Please save your time, energy, and money and move elsewhere. Beautiful apartments but not worth the hassle.

The apartments are great and in a great location. However, they should not have let anyone move in until everything was complete. There seems to be a lot of back and forth and construction is still ongoing which is annoying. Construction starts early morning, Monday - Saturday so if that bothers you, you should wait until they are done. As another reviewer said, the cable and internet was an issue, and I will say that it continues to be an issue. Once they get everything running the apartments should be ok, but I don't think i'm going to make it that long. The communication between management and the community is horrible. It's all just frustrating, and never ending. After seeing how this is going, I would suggest that you move into an apartment complex that is already established in the community. It's sad because the apartments themselves are so nice and I was so excited to live there!

As an optimistic person I try to find the good in situations, but as the previous review states, I probably should have waited or went with one of the 2 other complexes I was interested in (but wanted a second floor). When paying money people don't want uncertainties or excuses and if there are glaring issues THAT YOU know about, you make it right by providing good customer service ie comps not apologies. I see the vision, in 6 months to a year this could be one of the better properties in the area, but as of now the execution is very poor. Nice apartments though and great location.

The apartments themselves are beautiful on the inside however that is as far as the compliments go. I understand that the complex is still under construction. It is understandable that we have to wait for the carwash station, playground, dog park, etc. Residents were promised timelines and dates for the following things listed below. It just seems like management lied to get everyone to sign the lease. Several residents have discussed among ourselves the various complaints that we have with the complex. 1) Cable and internet are included in the rent. However residents do not have access to these things. When we ask the management team they state that they do not know when it will be set up. Some of us even called the person over all of the Keystone apartments and she said that she did not know either. They are not offering any discounts on rent or credits to the accounts for those of us who are forced to get it ourselves. Spectrum states that the apartment complex is the hold up all they have to do is set up a bulk account and everyone will have access. 2) Residents are not given 24 hour notice about when management wants to enter your apartment. The other day everyone got a letter about management needing to come in for routine maintenance. These apartments are not even a month old. If you need to enter the apartments twice in less than a month then obviously Keystone at James Landing was not ready to open their doors. Why couldn't this have been done before we moved in. I expect inspections once or maybe twice a year anything else is infringing on my rights as a tenant. 3) Management has no idea when the clubhouse will be open even though the clubhouse is ready. Even management admits this. All of this dishonesty and run around from management makes me fear the future. As a resident it is frustrating staying at a place with so many uncertainties and no compensations for the numerous inconveniences. I am already regretting signing my lease.

Since your review was submitted, we have had Spectrum out at the community to provide temporary fixes for the internet until the permanent solution is available. We have also provided each resident with the information for cable. If you are experiencing any further issues with the equipment please contact Spectrum Customer Support. If you have any further questions about this issue please do not hesitate to contact us directly. We do try to give our residents as much lead time as possible when entering their homes, however it is still a construction site and we provide our residents notice as soon as we know their home needs to be entered. A member of our management team does enter the home with any contractors/vendors. We do apologize for this inconvenience, but this is one of the many construction woes we are trying to work through. In regards to the clubhouse, our goal was to focus on our residents first by making sure they had a home to move in to. Our clubhouse is not ready to open. We still have a few vital steps to complete in order to make this space ready for our residents use as well as for our office staff’s use.
