Timberglen is a small yet upscale community made up of impressive homes and tree-lined streets. Timberglen is far from a secluded suburban locale, however. The community enjoys both a laid-back lifestyle and urban amenities along Frankford Road. Fast-food restaurants, steakhouses, and coffee shops make it easy to enjoy a day out without going far from home. The area provides easy access to multiple North Dallas shopping centers, and Bent Tree Country Club is less than two miles east. With proximity to the President George Bush Turnpike and the Dallas North Tollway, the commuting crowd will be well taken care of. These major highways also mean that Downtown Dallas and the entire Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex is just a 30-minute drive away.

Property Ratings at Keystone Falls Apartments
First, you’ll forever be on the list for a garage or car port because several residents are literally running an auto shop on site. Second, you have the same people having pool parties and leaving boxes and empty beer can all over the pool. They invite their whole family & the residents can’t even enjoy it! The noise at night!!! Cars screeching, motorcycles rolling through here and again, the same residents, out drunk and yelling in the parking lots! Management doesn’t care!
Excelente atencion, instalaciones hermosas. Personal muy atento y amable
Who in the world would give this property a 5 start rating?? We were recommended to live in an apartment community managed by this company by an apartment locator. With the service, we were promised a $500 gift card. When we arrived, the lady nicely greeted us and told us that she had spoken with the locator and had something available for us to see. Because this was a last resort, we took it; there were no other available 3 bedrooms that were move-in ready on the same day. Completed the application online. There was no where to put that someone recommended the apartment to us. So we were unable to receive the $500 gift card. That was just the beginning of the nightmares at this place!! (Oh, the name of the apartment community in Dallas is called KEYSTONE FALLS.) There's not enough available characters to explain the depth of my disgust with this property and the management. The biggest issue is parking. If you do not make it by 7pm...you will have no where to park. To avoid parking at the recreation center up the street and walking a half mile to my "home" with my little children and groceries, or to avoid parking at the neighboring apartment community and being towed, we've been forced to park in the handicap parking spot. I've emailed them several times to make them aware of this issue....no response. When we finally got towed, they said "you pay rent to have somewhere to live, not somewhere to park!" WTF is that?! DO NOT MOVE HERE. This is just ONE complaint of MANY that we have. In all of my years, this is the worst property management and the worst service. This is my largest monthly responsibility. Even Walmart provides better service than these people. This is the absolute worst and I would urge everyone to BEWARE if you are considering this place as somewhere to live for any length of time.
I’m so easy going when it comes to certain things. But these apartments are insane. Management is absolutely terrible. The ladies are consistently disrespectful about any concern. The whole complex is trashed. And I’m talking TRASHED. They allow tenants to run mechanic shops out of garages causing no parking. Not to mention roaches crawling inside and out of every building. You want AC? Don’t count on it. AC has went out 6 times in 103+ weather. Pool is overran by outsider complex’s. Can’t tell you how many pieces of glass and nails I’ve found near my car. Doesn’t end there! Got a package? Give it an hour it’ll be stolen off your doorstep. When I tell you.. Keystone isn’t worth it, it really isn’t. Corporate isn’t even concerned. Please don’t make the mistake I did. There are plenty of better apartments down the street.
-1 I hate living in an apartment that’s trashy. Been here three years and this past year has been horrible

We are sorry that you have not had a pleasant time the past year and would welcome any concerns. We strive to provide our residents with quality assistance, so please do not hesitate to visit the office if you believe that there are unresolved issues that you may need help on.
I have lived here for one year and thank god I’m moving. I don’t normally post bad reviews but I am just fed up. There have been threatening maintenance orders (a notice left on your door that you better have your stuff ready OR they fine YOU!! For their own building maintenance! Oh and did I mention the frequency of this? Usually one a month). There is an office staff impossible to reach on the phone and then you leave a message with some “centralized office” and your phone call is never returned. Trash is left all around the complex (even piles of random bones someone put in the grass MONTHS ago). And to put in notice that you’re trying to leave you have to go to an office to sign a piece of paper which you emailed three days ago you were coming today and get turned away at the door because they are having an important meeting. Good luck moving here, I hope your time schedule fits around theirs because otherwise you’ll get nothing done because god forbid you work the same office hours they do. The only positive is the maintenance guys, they’re really nice guys.
MOLD is growing around our windows and sliding door. DON'T be fooled by the nice photos. The apartments are OLD and are not well kept. Management will try to avoid showing you the unit until it's time to move in. The place was dirty when we moved in. Graffiti on the doors, a dead roach inside the light in the kitchen, carpet wasn't vacuumed with tons of hair in it, plus the place stinks and smells like weed. There's no light and ceiling fan in the living room and also no microwave which is really inconvenient. Parking is also a problem. Gate is always broken and lots of non tenant cars driving around or people in their cars sitting, taking up spaces for tenants.

This is not a topic we take lightly and would encourage you to contact us so we can investigate this. We don’t try and fool anyone by covering anything up as we know this is a health concern. Each home is inspected prior to move in as well as treated for pests, regardless if we see them or not, as a preventative measure. If you are seeing pests in your home, we offer pest control each week and can eliminate this problem. It doesn’t sound like the condition of your home meets our move in standards and we would like the opportunity to discuss this with you. We have a maintenance team here to address items in need both interior and exterior. Please allow us the opportunity to review your concerns with you by contacting us directly. We look forward to hearing from you soon.
This by far the worse place I have every stayed they don’t address issues you have keep placing work orders I’ve been here 3 months and I am horribly disgusted . I will compile all of my request and pictures of my apartment flooding this was Sunday I’m still waiting I called and put it in online. The apartment has painted over issues I have had leaks the old roited wood still here neighbors are so noicey I hate being here warning reviews are real I’m still on this dump

These are all items that can definitely be resolved. Its very inconvenient when leaks occur and they can cause a lot of damage but we are here to fix them! Please let us know if anything is still outstanding. You can log into your resident portal to submit a request, come into the office or give us a call at 972-820-0500. We hope we can turn your experience around!
Lived here for 2 years. ---Cleanliness--- -Apartment law in TX dictates that single units cannot be "smoke free" unless all units in the building are. There is some level of shared ventilation between units - I think you can see where I'm going here. We moved into a unit that had freshly painted walls and new carpet, and the smoke smell didn't leave until 6 months in. My girlfriend had asthma attacks from just visiting. If it's a Friday or holiday, expect to also smell weed. -Our unit was filthy on move-in. I mean there was still food left in the fridge from the previous tenants, and the toilet hadn't been cleaned. -We couldn't get rid of the roaches the entire time we lived there, despite best efforts - traps, eliminating food sources, etc. ---Maintenance--- -scheduled a repair in person, waited a day, checked back in - they'd forgotten to schedule it -front stove burners didn't work the entire 2 years I lived there -AC doesn't sufficiently cool master bedroom, repairmen said nothing can be done ---Front Office--- -tows cars at any time of day , $160 to get it back -they never answer the office phone. Ever. I've called twice within a few minutes (voicemail doesn't work) then walked down in person to see them sitting at their desks.
I picked this community because of the fact that it is owned and manged by the same company. I have got nothing but grief from this apartment complex. I paid extra for a pool view apartment; only to realize when I got there that there is a huge tree blocking the view of the pool because I live on the 3rd floor. They changed the parking policy to where everyone has to register. If you have visitor come to your apartment then you have to register their car or they get towed. I showed up to the office one day 5 minutes before they closed and the office person told me they couldn't see me that day because it was too close to closing hours. My fiancee moved to different complex on the same exact street, and she got a bigger apartment for less money, and there are no ridiculous riles regarding parking or anything like that. I would caution anyone who is looking at living here to explore other cheaper and better options in a 1 block radius.
I keep to myself, I don't listen to any loud music, I pay rent and utilities on time, and I don't cause any issues with management. This is the second time my apartment complex has cost me well over my rent and utilities. A trash violation for placing trash outside the door for a short period of time while I cleaned, and having my car towed when I have a parking permit sticker clearly visible on my dashboard. Not only did I get a trash violation, in which I had no problem paying, they came into my apartment to place the trash notification inside and DIDN'T BOTHER LOCKING THE DOOR WHEN THEY LEFT. Now, leaving it on my door is one thing, but placing it inside and not taking time to ensure it is locked so that your tenant doesn't get burglarized while at work is a whole other problem. Luckily, I returned from work hours earlier than expected. There's absolutely no parking spaces when you get home for work later than 10, and half of the spaces under occupancy are by those cars who don't have parking permits. Finding the only available parking space in the entire complex (believe me, I circled the whole complex slowly three times) apparently cost me about 1/4 of rent alone, and the staff did not want to speak with me about the tow. This complaint isn't even including what it wrong with the units. Since I moved in, the light in the master closet has never turned on. the upstairs neighbors are beyond loud, and you can easily hear outside conversations through the paper thin walls. Every few nights, there is loud yelling and cussing, that has ensued for periods of 10 minutes to an hour. The toilet tends to clog easily, even if there is nothing to clog it. The dishwasher cleans only half the dishes, which I don't mind hand washing dishes, but every once in a while it would be nice to have them cleaned. The staff is ever changing, I don't think there has been one instance in which there has been the same employee when I have walked in. People leave their trash near the trash bins, so visible trash is always seen. All in all, I will be terminating my lease when it I am able to.
I live in a one bedroom apartment now, and like it. Not love it or hate it, like it. The apartment itself is nice and was well kept up when I moved in, and the new management staff seems to care more than the staff before. Storage in the one bedroom is minimum, so you resort to your closet. Parking is horrible. I work until midnight and have to park across the complex and walk alone to my apartment. The worst thing is that you live within earshot of the small airport in Addison. Plane fly over the complex at all hours and it resonates throughout the home. I wish that I had know about the parking and planes before I moved in. Even though there are some major Cons to living here, I still like it. It is what you make of it.
This complex isn't the worst or the best I've stayed in. Decent size but not much storage space. Noisy neighborhood, Has washer and dryer connections. Recently under new management that's been trying to upgrade everything.
i love my apartment because it's i n a great location and you are close to shopping , restaurants the people are very friendly
right now I live in a 1 bedroom apt approximately 750 sqft, which seem to be enough room for myself. pros: it is reasonable quiet The AC works really well and i'm not spending much on electricity good bonus. Con: Parking is bad if you get home after 9pm you can pay for parking 15-30 if you want garage or covered The is a few roaches. they will spray your places for bugs, but the seem to always avoid the kill. also it is 20$ to pay your rent online. total bummer all in all i'm happy here. They just did remodeled the pool. so i'll check that out
