So many great improvements I'm seeing in only one month. Can't wait to see what other fun things are planned!
The apartments are very spacious for the price and location is excellent. Publix, Kroger and Neighborhood market down the street with great restaurants!
Not recommend from maintenance prescriptive. Lazy people
Keystone staff are awesome , kudos to them. Apart from a good apartment a resident needs attention and good response behavior from community staff, here it is at best. Their way of talking and listening residents concerns is indeed remarkable. When we moved here we had faced some technical problem with our heating system and due to covid lockdown it was hard to get a technician that frequently. When manager and staff came to know they have shared their heaters for each room and also make sure to resolve the issue permanently as faster as they can. Thanks to all of them..!!!
Keystone is truly a family oriented community. The staff is pleasant and professional. The location is quiet and safe as well as close to shopping and community ammenities.
I like my home and my community feel, however the issues with amenities, staffing and maintenance make me unlikely to recommend.
The community is relatively quiet and respectful.i do enjoy it here. The only downfall would be the kids playing in the streets and riding their bikes between the cars and potentially scratching them.
Thanks to Stephon we are back to full usage of our shower and toilet again.

i would prefer everyone having young ones to take first floor. mine is second floor and i o fave lot of issues with my neighbors due to myson . floor are bad
Personally I like this community and the townhome. However, we have opted for another community keeping in mind the specific needs of my spouse and kids.
I would recommend the cmplex bc it's a small quiet community, and I enjoy that. I also enjoy the size of the apts. I would not recommend to someone who has issues with loud children, and if they want the security of a gated community.
In a few worlds , it's a pleasure staying here especially in the Townhomes
The only reason I wouldn't recommend it is because of the increasing prices.

Not too many amenities, but it is a terrific location and clean.
I completely wholeheartedly totally not happy about the water allocation billinget system. It's absolutely unfair.I feel each unit should be pay and be held responsible for it unit usage ONLY.
