My wife and I have lived at Keystone for almost 3 years and we have nothing but good things to say about our home and the management. All service repairs are done within 24 hours of notification. Excellent customer service by staff. Good maintenance of neighborhood. We felt very safe and comfortable living here. I would highly recommend Keystone Lake Apartments for any family looking to settle down in Battle Creek!
The property is very comfortable and conveniently located for our needs. Nicely landscaped, well maintained and so far the few neighbors we met were cool. We happen to be from Argentina, just moved to US, we were not having mobile No. nor previous address, which made things really complicated to get the lease, electricity, gas, furniture rental. The team at Keystone helped us to settle all these... So not only the property is superb, but the people managing it and the maintenance team are very cooperative as well. Respect to the price of the lease, it seems according to what you get. We have been here for 5 weeks and are happy with the decision made.
We’re going on our 2nd year at Keystone. We love our view and the fountains. They have installed some new features in our apartment. The maintenance person has it so we can open and close our garage door from our phones and or let someone in. We haven’t figured out how to set up Amazon / Walmart delivery services. We have asked the office to send him back over and set that up for us. They have BBQ grill area but when we have our family over isn’t enough seating. I wish they had more chairs or picnic tables.
Definitely the best apartments in Battle Creek. Beautiful scenery with the luxury of a variety of different things. Nice neighborhood and definitely kid safe. Awesome church across the street and great schools around the corner. Not only is there spacious rooms but the great options to suit what is best for you and your family. Beautiful, clean and updated apartments with gorgeous views. Management strives to always have you feeling right at home and maintenance seems to be very attentive. HIGHLY recommend living here!

I've lived i several apartment complexes and the management here is by far the best I've had the pleasure of dealing with very friendly and reliable anytime I have questions or concerns they are answered and addressed in a timely manor, I would recommend living here
I have not lived here but after my short experience with them I would not want to live here. I spoke with the office to set up a tour. Drove all the way from Ohio only to find the office empty. I left a voicemail and a physical note on the door to the office and never even received a call back. A good waste of my time.
Noise and disruptions are major issues, appear to be poorly built, look good but check the details, I'm a resident and my vinyl floor has bubbled, gaps in trim, poor paint and wall patching clearly present, and I can hear every noise from parallel units. Whenever the neighbor upstairs flushes their toilet it shakes my wall and I can hear every step they take on a daily basis.. A lot better values and management available elsewhere, these guys go so far as to charge a $300 admin fee..what would that be for exactly? Seems like a bad joke to me.

As you may know with new construction things may need to be brought to our attention to have the builder fix while it is still under warranty. Please contact the office at your earliest convenience to have these items addressed. As for the $300 Administrative Fee this helps us keep rental rates as low as possible, so we don't have to keep passing on increases in rent annually. In 2015 I sold my house much faster than expected so I needed a place to live while I built my home. I am a very picky person, my wife says I’m impossible whatever that means (lol). Keystone Lake was able to make this impossible person extremely happy. Loved the “apartment”. It was more like a home in fact it was bigger than my last house. So nice to have my very own garage and most importantly so quiet. We were actually kind of sad to leave when our house was finished being buIlt. That’s why when we decided to sell our home this past November there was no question on where we were gonna go! If you want new, clean upscale living without the feel of an apartment Keystone Lake is the place to live.
