As its name suggests, the quiet neighborhood of South Hill sits directly south of the city of Puyallup in the center of Washington State’s Pierce County, roughly 40 miles south of Seattle. Known for its popular shopping centers and peaceful residential neighborhoods, South Hill is also home to several well-loved public parks. Low-lying apartment and townhome communities put you just minutes away from the beauty of the surrounding area, and with quick access to the highways to the north, you can be in Seattle or Tacoma in no time.

Property Ratings at Keystone Ridge Apartments
I have lived here for a year and a half and have only minor complaints. I feel safe and secure leaving my apartment while traveling for work or leaving items in my car. There is a park across the street with a playground and dog park that I visit on a regular basis. Both the managers and repairman are easy to work with and quick to respond. The appliances provided are semi new and in good working order with rapid repairs if needed. Summers can be rough with no air conditioning, so recommend having several fans, but the heating in the winter is still very good. The apartments are certainly not sound proof, but are reasonable for apartment living. Living just off of Meridian means that traffic is always busy, but there is little to no street noise in the complex. Several apartments are showing their age (especially in the bathrooms), but only with minor problems, no leaks or cracks. I list these issues not as major complaints, but as things that have inconvenienced me and I have worked around and to be aware of.
I made the move from a large apartment complex to Keystone Ridge about a year ago. Danielle the apartment manager, made the whole process so pleasant. She was quick to respond to any questions and the approval process was quick. Assigned parking spaces at no additional cost and knowing that no matter how late you come home you still have your parking space.
While I do like living here, and the units are nice...I was not prepared for the amount of noise I have to endure day to day. These apartments seem as if they are not insulated in the slightest. So if you don't live on the top floor, prepare to hear very creaky floorboards any time someone walks around, and I don't mean small creaks either. You can also hear people talking (like actual conversations)...basically you can hear everything. I've lived in many apartments, and have never experienced this amount of noise from being so poorly insulated. Management is very nice, the grounds are nice, and maintenance is done quickly. Parking is a huge issue if you get home late and don't have a covered spot. It is nice though that you are close to many things, but the apartments are hidden from Meridian. All in all, it is a nice complex, but if you are sensitive to sounds I probably wouldn't recommend.
I just moved from Keystone (only because my husband got his PCS). If and when I move back if it is still the same staff then I will be moving back in!! I loved my apartment, I got to keep my pup, the staff was not only so helpful but always so nice and made me laugh every time I went in the office. They took care of any issue I had that day, that's unheard of!!! The place is quiet and clean and they have wonderful community events to make sure we all felt like we where special and loved. I love this place and was sad to leave!
I lived at Keystone Ridge for 2 years and wish I was still there! They are amazing. It's a nice quiet area. Never once had to worry about safety. Any time there was a maintenance issue it was fixed immediately (if an emergency) or within a few days (if not an emergency) which is faster than any apartment I have ever lived in. Their rent is affordable. The staff goes out of their way to make sure everyone feels at home.
I've lived here for two years and enjoyed it for the most part. The office staff is super friendly and maintenance is on top of it. The parking isn't great and the kids can be really loud, but that just comes with apartment living.
we have lived here for 3yrs They let certain residents have Family members live with know Background check Felons were my neighbors They were very nice tHE grounds suck Dead plants everywhere No dirt around the trees and plants (master gardener here)Any when we first moved here it was alright but then you find out that the MANAGER IS VERY STRANGE she has favortie ones and they do whatever they want I WOULD NOT RECOMEND LIVING HERE ITS SO MUCH drama the MANGER tails about other residents to who ever is in the office Personal things ectttttt SO Sunrises Sirea SUN We lived there before and wE loved THE staff the Grounds are off the hook the residents feel safe there Alot of Police and Fireman Live there That where We are heading back to Pardise THANK GOD
And would gladly move back! It's 14207 103rd ave ct e Puyallup, Wa, 98374
