Cannot give 0 rating and hence 1!!!! Super high rents for old non-renovated buildings (tons of pests and roaches and ants and everything) with outdated appliances and zero security for residents! Multiple incidents of home break-ins, car break-ins, gun shooting incident, arrest of hiding criminals and many others. Entry gates to community are never working and always open to any sort of criminal activities! Not a single security camera for the heavy rents paid. Management only wants to make money with high rents and penalties and does not bother about residents safety and concerns. DO NOT MOE INTO THIS COMMUNITY unless you have no other choice at all and do not mind wasting hard-earned money...

Residents of this community suffer once they sign lease and just count days for lease to end. To lease office and management residents are of no value, no concerns of residents are heard. Crime spot, residents with arms stay here, robberies, loitering is every other day story. If you want sleepless nights worrying about your security then move to this apartment.

With new management I had some challenges. I made few calls and got a hold of supervisor name Carrie Miller. She not only made me comfortable, she followed up with me in 24 hours and resolved most of my concerns. She is very polite as well as listened carefully what I had to say. Not only she resolved my issues, she made sure by following up with another email. She has many property under her supervision but she takes responsibilities on each of them and find time to follow up. I truly appreciated and will stay here for long term.

I moved in 3 days back and raised 15-20 maintenance requests already. Here is my review and will update here as I continue stay 1. Location - is good 2. Cleaning - It does not seems deep cleaned as I see dust around corners, switches. Kitchen cabinets are smelly. Raises ticket. Will update here. 3. Toilet - Super dirty and unhygienic. Raised ticket. Will update here. 4. Dishwasher- Super dirty and unhygienic. Raised ticket. Will update here 5. Oven - Rusty and sharp ends. Raised tickets . Will update here 6. Pest control - I see ants at couple of places. Raised ticket. Will update here. 7. Window slids - Won’t close completely. Raised ticket and will update here 8. Internet - Max 100 MBPS AT&T is available. No fiber. 9. Trash - No trash cans provided. Rather have to keep trash on curbside. I see trash not picked up on routine as expected. 10. Security gates - since my first day, they are always open and never get closed. Not sure why. Overall very poorly maintained. One star. I will update my review as I hear back from management on my tickets.

I have been living here for the last more than 2 years. Earlier management was very friendly and had been supportive. These apartments are not well maintained by new management and they do not address the repairs at all. The new management is only money collectors and does not take care of the property. During the storm in Feb 2021, there was no one to support and provide help for residents- they literally ran away. It does not have optical fiber which is key for all who are working from home. The new management is too stubborn. There are many residents who would agree with me.
Pros: Good school district. You are pretty much paying premium for the same, rest of the facilities are pretty mediocre or below other ordinary maintained apartments. Though maintenance staff show up timely. Cons: Only 3 days of trash collection, few car ports - no independent garages, high rent, old apartments and appliances, lack of security, residents keep bikes and other household stuff outside their door without any consequences.
Good Location. Quality of Construction is Average. Lot of unattended kids playing the parking spaces which are meant for parking cars. This also poses safety issue when the cars drive in the apartment community. particularly for the cars that doesn't have rear backup camera. Garbage is thrown everywhere.
I am living here since more than one year and had no complaints until the Management got changed in Nov 2020. Totally worst new management with focus on just increase the rent silently with no proper communication. Also after sending several emails and messages in the portal, none of them got responded by the new Management. It feels like the Previous management was far better in communication. Also rather than responding, they are sending Lease Renewal email with increased rent on just 1 week notice (Really ?). While new Management expects corporation from Residents for initial 1-2 months then the management also should help them and fix other issues instead of raising just rent that too in this Pandemic situation.. It seems their focus only on increasing rent of each apartment and get rid of existing residents without communicating, solving other issues etc. I understand, initially it takes time for new management but your focus should not just to take more rent all of a sudden on very short notice. So disappointing with this irresponsible management. They should try to communicate and respond residents' problems for keeping healthy relation between management and residents. Hopefully They should start taking care of their Residents...
