It is a quiet community. The pool is fun and the office area is good for WFM. There is also a play ground area for kids to hang out. The maintenance team, John always comes soon and solve the issues. The managing team is busy but they always efficiently help you with issues you have. I have been here since 2022 and just change to another unit I like. The whole team helps with the transition.

We were billed for cleaning after we moved out of the apartment, despite the fact we hired people to clean it thoroughly and left it in a spotless state. We even have photo evidence and witness to prove us. However, the Company insisted on billing us, taking our security deposit, and eventually sending the bill to debt collections. Please consider this fact before you decide to move in.

I don’t recommend living here. I didn’t renew my lease because I’m looking for a house. I’m paying an additional $100 a month because I’m not in a lease. They are now raising my rent $100 each month. I asked if there is a cap on them raising my rent. They said no and I can anticipate it going up every month. I said I’ve never experienced or heard of this happening before. They told me I should have asked if my rent would go up every month, which is insane. Who would ever think to ask if their rent will go up every month? This is crazy that they are raising rent every month. This company is shady! They have no problem screwing over their community. They make no apologies for screwing people over, in fact they stand by it. They’ve added charges for sewer that were never discussed when I moved in. This adds approximately $100 to my rent bi monthly. I was promised an assigned parking spot, they reneged on. Walls are thin, I can hear neighbors dogs barking all day and night. It’s an expensive place, not worth the money.

I finally found the right place, I found a great apartment in Camas right at 192nd and 20th. I can walk to have a drink and dinner, or walk on some trails and it’s the perfect location. Brand new so they are gorgeous, the gym is to die for, and I have alternate work areas that I can go work in. The pool is going to be so much fun when it’s finished . The apartments have carpet only in the bedrooms which I love and they have beautiful kitchens. I am super excited. They have pretty good pricing for the carport and garage so I went ahead and scooped up a carport for sure. My apartment in Vancouver has horrible parking so I’m not dealing with that mess again. The staff has been super helpful. I really liked everyone and they were really honest about everything. There will be construction for a while but I don’t care, I’m super excited to be in something brand new so I highly recommend them ! Definitely check them out!
