Kiku Crossing will provide 225 affordable homes for families and individuals in San Mateo, including 22 units for formerly homeless households and 8 units for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and 57 units for public employees. Construction started in January 2022 and is expected to complete in spring 2024. 1-2-3 BEDROOM WAITLISTS ARE OPENING SOON!  Waitlist openings apply to 70% and 80% AMI for 1, 2, and 3BR units only. Application period opens January 29, 2024, at 8:30 AM and will remain open until further notice.
