Are you willing to overlook a lot. Lived here for 8 years. Decided to be happy.
No laundry in the apt. Two machine laundry in the building is filthy and people steal your clothes if you step out. Kitchen layouts are terrible -- too small to eat in, but no counter space either. Only emergency repairs get done in the units. Repairs in the common spaces wait years. Plusses, the building engineer is kind and helpful. Living and dining rooms mean you can squeeze another sleeping space out for guests or even roomies. Plenty of windows/light.
