I have been with this complex for over a year and I must say anytime I have an issue regardless of what it is the office staff is always ready and available to assist. Leslie has been part of the office staff since my first day and I must say she is amazing especially with the kids. If you are looking for an apartment that is very tentative, helpful and easy going staff and maintenance you are looking in the right place. Make sure to ask for Leslie when you walk through the door. All the staff is amazing but Leslie has always been the one that’s been there for me since day one.

The rent is too high for this dump. The sewage line always breaks and there is feces on the sidewalk at least once a month. There are gun shots heard but they don’t send a email/memo informing anyone. The make you pay separately for using the pool, that has opened twice in the last 8 years. There is notice about towing if you don’t have a -remit but half of the cars don’t have permits and aren’t towed. They confirmed the towing companies contract has expired. You pay for spraying the apartment of pesticide but don’t spray unless you ask. This place is roach infested. There is no parking. People park backwards. The custodians don’t fix what is wrong with your apartment. No one picks up after their dogs. There is trash everywhere. The trash from the bin is always over flowing. The people from the office never do anything about it. This place is not worth what you pay for.

I love living at Nottingham Village. The staff is nice and helpful and maintenance are great. I love my big town house and the park across the street.

Management is extremely poor. Have to call 2 times so they can come fix my apartment, and have the audacity to say they never got a call about the issue. I have a baby living in my home and they should take priority into taking care of the residents. Very little Visitor parking, they will tow even if a car is in visitor parking. Never want to come back here again.
I was currently involved with this apartment that ended up very bad and difficult. Property team to include management Mishaylee and Tasha treated my issue as if it didn't matter even thou they were responsible for the action that accured . They treated me as if I was no concern to team . They showed very poor customer service as well as management showed lack of responsibility or concerns. As well .when talking-to property team they just informed me that it's not there fault and nothing would get solved or resolved and this came personality from.manger of apartment ma Tasha who was more concerned about her staff member Mishaylee not looking as if she made a misstate please be careful when choosing his apartment
The following details are inaccurate: . Fitness Center - Does not exist Gated Access - gates have not functioned in the 9 months I have been here and older residents specified they havent worked in 2-3 years minimum. They also claim that the property is monitored, but there are no visible security cameras and I have configured several CCTV systems. Playground - apart from the property and is actually the park across the street Pool - is never open and has been closed several months during 2015 due to failed permitting. Tennis Courts - apart from the property and is actually the park across the street They have a standard of community that is not enforced at all. There are kids that are always running in the parking lots without their parents watching. We can't wait until my lease is up to get out of this place. Also, if you like having visitors, they will have to park on the street and have to walk to your apartment or townhome from the road. they have a small handful of visitor parking spots.
I leave here for 3 years. Office staff is nice, big living room area,spacious bedrooms and closet. My apartment is 2-1. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores in the area.

The renovated townhome units in this complex are spacious and have great open layouts. Everyone that comes over comments that it feels like a home instead of an apartment. The complex itself is a little older and does not offer all the fancy amenities you see in newer builds such as a club house, fitness or business center. But that's also reflected in the rates. I wish the pool was more reliable. Every summer it takes FOREVER to open due to permitting. This seems like something management should have learned to mitigate by now. Maintenence and the office staff are very nice and pleasant to work with; however, I do encounter the occasional disappointment because of miscommunication or closing before office hours are done. Overall, this property is a good value and the perfect location for those working in the energy corridor.
Very close to everything yard work is done regularly. Maintenance needs to be more prompt it is improving Market price is a bit steep.
Love the actual town home but in the year we have lived here the gates have never worked, we have had issues with the plumming not drain right, the garbage disposal stopped working the came and said they fixed it when they didn't..... the apt it self is nice but the people who own it aren't helpful at all
The renovated homes are nice but the maintenance is really poor. Management talks to you like if they are doing you a favor. Very rude and poor customer service. If this place had better customer service I would give it 4 stars because it really has great amenities, you cannot beat living in front of the park. Pest control sucks...there are roaches even though they tell you otherwise. PARKING WARNING: Your car will be towed!!! The tow company sneaks around and tows your car for whatever reason and are very rude. I have not had my car towed personally but I see how they take the cars one by one. There is no visitor parking so your guest, so those who do not know about the policy will get towed. It is an open gated (gates never close) community so you would assume that you can park inside.
It's a very good place to live in. They got a nice pool with not a lot of kids in because they got a kids pool too. It's right by a nice park beside it to run, walk, or just to sit and enjoy with friends and family. There's also a tennis court with free lights at night. They always keep it clean and there's always someone to talk to if you're having any problems and fix it immediately.
The grounds on Nottingham Village are n a s t y! On most days someone comes around to pick up dog poo but when I come home for lunch or from work there is everywhere. My neighbors and I complain. One guy in the office had the nerve to tell me its a community property so its going to have dog poo. There also roaming cats all over the place. They also poo right on the side walk. My lease is up in four months and I'm moving
I love my new home !! f you need a place to live that is beautiful, this place will work for you! I had a fantastic tour from one of the leasing profesional, who knew all the sizes, rates, availability dates, and ended the tour by giving me a thumb drive full of pictures. This is a beautifully designed building and has totally improved the neighborhood.
