Pretty quiet neighborhood overall.. I love my extended patio. I do wish the rent was a little cheaper tho but I don’t make the rules. Cost of living high these days but we have to have somewhere to stay. I like living here tho honestly

Living in an outdated appointment with mold growing every corner of the apartment. I have been living on this apartment complex since 2012 but nothing like this apartment. 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms bt the price is on top of MOUNTAIN KILIMAJARO.

Maintenance has been great. Just get rid of the pesty roaches! I'm not the only resident complaining. Also people need to take responsibility for their dogs and pick up after them when they poop!

Neighbor is great and quiet. Although whoever smokes in your building it will come through the vents into your apartment. Maintenance is slow to respond to apartment issues. Other than that I love this place so far.

Our move-in to Kimmerly Glen community was seamless. The ladies at the front gave us a quick walkthrough of our apartment unit. It was a scorching day and our apartment had not cooled down so we signed our papers and began moving into our unit. As the day progressed the unit was still not cooling down but as soon as we called the hotline someone came out and worked on the unit. Within a few hours, the air conditioning was working and the unit was cooling down. We are very pleased with the maintenance department and the quick response to get our apartment cooled. We have almost been in the community for a month and we are happy with our location to the College and surrounding businesses.

It’s nice that the maintenance people changed for air filters for u but residents should get more than a day notice for something so small like that… Residents leave their pet poop everywhere it’s hard to enjoy the grass. They control the pool by saying “maintenance issues” The ladies in the front office communicate well… the maintenance team could do a little more ground work around the property. Tree limb and branches fall and hit residents cars. Always a strong smell of burning plastic

The place is very nice . The manager and leasing officer are very accomodating. We have some hustles on the process of application since we are new here in the US as J1 teachers, but they have helped us all the way until we have moved-in. Great job!

Awesome experience so far! Our apartment is cozy, the pool was nice , the park is our “backyard “ . The kids enjoyed that . We have been doing a lot more outdoor activities in this neighborhood.

Moving into Kimmerly Apartments has been a wonderful experience from start to finish. The application process was incredibly straightforward and hassle-free. From the very beginning, I felt at ease thanks to the simple and user-friendly online application system. It made what could have been a stressful process incredibly smooth and efficient. Upon receiving the keys, I was pleased to find the apartment in pristine condition. The cleanliness and upkeep of the space exceeded my expectations. A special shoutout goes to Carmeel, who was instrumental in making the entire process so seamless. From my first inquiry to moving day, Carmeel was always available to answer my questions and provide guidance. Her professionalism and genuine care made a significant difference, and I truly appreciated her help. I was concerned that the pool wasn’t open for three weeks in July and the staircase to my apartment is dusty and should be cleaned up. Over all it is a good experience.

Since I e moved in the entire process has been smooth and stress free it's one of my top five move in's. The customer service from the office staff is excellent they make sure that ever need us met and the line of communication has been superb.

Kimmerly Glen Apartments is a nice place to live with good location and amenities like a pool, gym and pet park. The apartments are roomy and bright, and the maintenance team is quick to help. However, some residents smoke on the common stairs sometimes, and there's some noise from people screaming at night which has woke me up occasionally. Overall, it's a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

I love living with the balcony having an in unit washer and dryer. Refrigerator stove and dishwasher and microwave are wonderful. It's convenient to work. And my dog loves the dog park.

Great team Stephanie from leasing office was fantastic I loved working with her! The apartment is nice updated and is what I've expected; even if the ice machine isn't working at the moment there's already been work done and a solution is on the way! Community is pretty (especially my porch), and the living space I get for being in Charlotte is amazing! Its 30 minutes from Carowinds, 10 minutes from NODA, 15-25 from center city, and neighborhood walmart is 7 minutes away for fresh meat and produce! This community gives a rural feel in an urban area! Being in the city but not just surrounded by concrete jungle at home! The team here is engaged with the community as well, making sure the few rules here are enforced and that is amazing so neighbors do not seem to have to create/engage in conflict!

I literally love my place it is beautiful. Spacious and very quiet. Patio is a plus. Highly recommend staying here. Nice amenities pool fitness and trash dump here and again it’s so quiet out here

Love it here. Clean and quiet neighborhood. Nice office staff. Sometime maintenance take weeks to respond to repair requests. Unit is a nice size. Friendly environment no hassle from anyone.

For the most part pretty quiet but sometimes neighbors are noisy. Good response from maintenance team a few issues with bugs but luckily exterminator also responds quickly. I noticed that sometimes there’s security at night on the property which is a big plus. The area not too far from here is a little rough but the complex itself is nice for the price and I haven’t seen any immediate safety issues in the complex.

It's quite most of the time. The location is in between everything I need to get to. And one of the cheaper places in Charlotte. The parking sometimes is a bit much bc so many ppl are moving in but the community is nice for the most part.

I moved from a rough area in Charlotte. So far this has been a great experience as far as the area and the neighbors. It has been quiet no loud car music no gunfires. I believe I will love it here as so far I have. :)

Overall extremely happy with living here! The ONLY thing I’d have to say is I wish the gym had more equipment, everytime I go in there more dumbbells go missing and so do the medicine balls.
