I love it here. This community pretty much stays clean. Light foot traffic and decent space. Been here two years and haven’t had any major issues with anything. I plan on being here for a while.

I enjoy living here, haven’t had too many complaints about the facility. The staircase on my building is chipping and could probably do with a paint job.

Move in was smooth and staff and managers were friendly and helpful along the whole process. Maintenance stands on their word and complete tasks in timely manner

Living in an outdated appointment with mold growing every corner of the apartment. I have been living on this apartment complex since 2012 but nothing like this apartment. 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms bt the price is on top of MOUNTAIN KILIMAJARO.

Great apartment with lovely neighbors. I have no complaints other than the bugs I see in my apartment. I try to stay on the schedule for spraying.

We love it here , quiet and clean place to live. The school is near by , restaurants, stores conveniently to highway . Apartments sizes and prices are reasonable.

My experience here at Kimmerly Glen has been great since I've been here..The staff is really nice and supportive...They truly take care of any concerns I have in a timely fashion...Thank you Kimmerly Glen Team for your hard work and support.

The community is fine. My side is quiet, and everyone is cordial. I would recommend hiring security for night due to car break ins. Overall, my experience here has been good.

To tell you about my resident experience would mean I would have to speak on the whole process from the first time I called to check availability to me actually moving into the community

Love that everything is modernized on the inside ; there little to no noise. The Moving in process was very easy and safe ! The staff was very helpful and attentive as we well.

Maintenance has been great. Just get rid of the pesty roaches! I'm not the only resident complaining. Also people need to take responsibility for their dogs and pick up after them when they poop!

Maintenance takes forever to come out. Other than that the staff is very nice and are always willing to help. Ms. Stephanie has always been a pleasure.

Best place I have lived in a while No Drama, nice and quite, clean, the landscapers, and maintenance stay up to date with the grounds and apartment problems, which I have only had 1 since I have been there.

Very welcoming approach during your & upon move in day. A few things wrong with the unit but responded really fast with maintenance . Applied on time to get $500 off rent super cool!

Great place to live Nestled in a cul-de-sac type area so not a lot of trouble comes along Just make sure you pay rent on time because they are serious about that

Neighbor is great and quiet. Although whoever smokes in your building it will come through the vents into your apartment. Maintenance is slow to respond to apartment issues. Other than that I love this place so far.

I love the community and its property team! Everyone is kind, helpful and friendly. The complex is impeccable and the woodlands scenery of the locale is spectacular. Peace!

I can call office with any concerns and they take my concerns seriously with follow up. When I was having a bad problem with ants they sent pet control as many time needed until they were gone also mantience takes care any problems in a timely manner

The leasing office made my transition to the Queen City seamless. I'm forever grateful. The amenities in my apartment are wonderful. I'm in love with my floors and appliances.

I’ve been here since December 16th & it’s been nothing but amazing for me & my child . I have no issues with my neighbors it allows me to feel at peace .

Our move-in to Kimmerly Glen community was seamless. The ladies at the front gave us a quick walkthrough of our apartment unit. It was a scorching day and our apartment had not cooled down so we signed our papers and began moving into our unit. As the day progressed the unit was still not cooling down but as soon as we called the hotline someone came out and worked on the unit. Within a few hours, the air conditioning was working and the unit was cooling down. We are very pleased with the maintenance department and the quick response to get our apartment cooled. We have almost been in the community for a month and we are happy with our location to the College and surrounding businesses.

It’s nice that the maintenance people changed for air filters for u but residents should get more than a day notice for something so small like that… Residents leave their pet poop everywhere it’s hard to enjoy the grass. They control the pool by saying “maintenance issues” The ladies in the front office communicate well… the maintenance team could do a little more ground work around the property. Tree limb and branches fall and hit residents cars. Always a strong smell of burning plastic

The place is very nice . The manager and leasing officer are very accomodating. We have some hustles on the process of application since we are new here in the US as J1 teachers, but they have helped us all the way until we have moved-in. Great job!

Awesome experience so far! Our apartment is cozy, the pool was nice , the park is our “backyard “ . The kids enjoyed that . We have been doing a lot more outdoor activities in this neighborhood.

Moving into Kimmerly Apartments has been a wonderful experience from start to finish. The application process was incredibly straightforward and hassle-free. From the very beginning, I felt at ease thanks to the simple and user-friendly online application system. It made what could have been a stressful process incredibly smooth and efficient. Upon receiving the keys, I was pleased to find the apartment in pristine condition. The cleanliness and upkeep of the space exceeded my expectations. A special shoutout goes to Carmeel, who was instrumental in making the entire process so seamless. From my first inquiry to moving day, Carmeel was always available to answer my questions and provide guidance. Her professionalism and genuine care made a significant difference, and I truly appreciated her help. She went above and beyond to ensure I had all the information I needed and felt comfortable every step of the way.

I was concerned that the pool wasn’t open for three weeks in July and the staircase to my apartment is dusty and should be cleaned up. Over all it is a good experience.

Since I e moved in the entire process has been smooth and stress free it's one of my top five move in's. The customer service from the office staff is excellent they make sure that ever need us met and the line of communication has been superb.

Kimmerly Glen Apartments is a nice place to live with good location and amenities like a pool, gym and pet park. The apartments are roomy and bright, and the maintenance team is quick to help. However, some residents smoke on the common stairs sometimes, and there's some noise from people screaming at night which has woke me up occasionally. Overall, it's a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

I love living with the balcony having an in unit washer and dryer. Refrigerator stove and dishwasher and microwave are wonderful. It's convenient to work. And my dog loves the dog park.

Great team Stephanie from leasing office was fantastic I loved working with her! The apartment is nice updated and is what I've expected; even if the ice machine isn't working at the moment there's already been work done and a solution is on the way! Community is pretty (especially my porch), and the living space I get for being in Charlotte is amazing! Its 30 minutes from Carowinds, 10 minutes from NODA, 15-25 from center city, and neighborhood walmart is 7 minutes away for fresh meat and produce! This community gives a rural feel in an urban area! Being in the city but not just surrounded by concrete jungle at home! The team here is engaged with the community as well, making sure the few rules here are enforced and that is amazing so neighbors do not seem to have to create/engage in conflict!

I literally love my place it is beautiful. Spacious and very quiet. Patio is a plus. Highly recommend staying here. Nice amenities pool fitness and trash dump here and again it’s so quiet out here

Everyone in the office was very nice ! Camille(not sure if I spelled it right ) made my move in really simple ,even with her being out of the office on my move in day everything was so smooth and easy !

Love it here. Clean and quiet neighborhood. Nice office staff. Sometime maintenance take weeks to respond to repair requests. Unit is a nice size. Friendly environment no hassle from anyone.

For the most part pretty quiet but sometimes neighbors are noisy. Good response from maintenance team a few issues with bugs but luckily exterminator also responds quickly. I noticed that sometimes there’s security at night on the property which is a big plus. The area not too far from here is a little rough but the complex itself is nice for the price and I haven’t seen any immediate safety issues in the complex.

It's quite most of the time. The location is in between everything I need to get to. And one of the cheaper places in Charlotte. The parking sometimes is a bit much bc so many ppl are moving in but the community is nice for the most part.

So far it’s been great, maintenance has been fast and the office has been great, no to many noise or problems I had that the office did not handle

Love the property, have rarely had any issues. Management is super friendly & understand & will work with you. Love the open communication as well.

I moved from a rough area in Charlotte. So far this has been a great experience as far as the area and the neighbors. It has been quiet no loud car music no gunfires. I believe I will love it here as so far I have. :)

Goood place Wish was cheaper but they keep up nice Got a pool too Make sure DoorDash knows where they are going cause they can get lost ………

Overall extremely happy with living here! The ONLY thing I’d have to say is I wish the gym had more equipment, everytime I go in there more dumbbells go missing and so do the medicine balls.

I’ve had a great experience whenever anything was wrong they fixed immediately! I love that about them. They have a gym I use frequently. They’re getting new equipment soon!

Love the neighborhood, friendly neighbors, and great staff wish the apartments came in three bedroom…. I love the cleanliness of the neighborhood as well maintenance does a really good job with the upkeep of the yard and groundwork

Dishwasher doesn’t work Stove door falls off People don’t pick up their poop Can’t walk on trail cause of dog poop ALOT of mosquitoes here

So far I’ve had no complaints I love it. The move in process was easy and smooth. The apartment exceeded my expectations and it’s the perfect budget for me.

Great apartment complex. Love the dog park & the gym. Highly recommend great place to stay. If you have a dog, this is the place for you. There’s a nice tennis court too

The area is very safe for the most part. I have not heard or witnessed anything alarming that would make me want to move immediately. The apartment offers a spacious layout with some natural light. The neighbors are calm and friendly. The complex has a convenient location that grants access to stores, schools, restaurants, and other businesses. Maintenance work is done quickly and efficiently. Staff is nice and approachable. However, occasional noise disturbances occur like people blasting music from their cars or people yelling at others like they are arguing/fighting. Despite these drawbacks, this is a good choice for an apartment complex.

Grounds are clean! Nice pool area! Nice gym & tennis court. Nobody is stealing packages. Neighbors are ok. Mailbox is always locked. Need better garbage clean up.

Great community and great Office management. I love the people from the management, Caarmel, to name one. She has been an exceptional help since the day we planned to move in . Maintenance personnel are also very responsive and great at what they do. Round the clock security is also a highly appreciative feature of KimmerlyGlenn community. Neighbors are nice, parking is not an issue either for residents or their guests. I just love to be here.

It has been nice living at kimmerly glen. I can’t wait till the pool opens up for the summer. I enjoy walking around the nature trail in the evening.
