About King Apartments

The King Apartments is a beautiful vintage facility located near the beautiful downtown of Independence, Kansas. The complex is conveniently located within a few blocks of great dining & shopping near the grand historic central business district. The complex is in a quiet residential neighborhood with a large lawn between the buildings. The location is 504 to 524 N. 8th St. All apartments are 700 sq. ft. with (2) bedrooms, living room, kitchen & bathroom. The kitchen offers vintage cabinets and are equipped with a refrigerator and range. Central heat and air are also included. All apartments have a inside entry & lower level units have a back door entry. Water & trash service are provided by the property. Electric & gas are the responsibility of the tenant. The facility is cable TV ready. There is also is an onsite laundry for the tenants. Adequate parking is available on & near the property. Dogs & cats are permitted. This is a non-smoking facility inside the buildings. The units have recently been upgraded. The property is owned and operated by the local Sheldon Properties. Maintenance is handled by the owners with 24 hour service.
