Situated off the western shores of the Texas Gulf Coast bordering rugged Brush Country, Kingsville maintains deep historical roots while embracing modern industry. Kingsville is perhaps best known as the home of the King Ranch, which is one of the largest working ranches in the world, covering more acres of land than the state of Rhode Island. The King Ranch is a major agribusiness with interests in cattle ranching, farming, luxury retail goods, and recreational hunting.
Kingsville also contains Texas A&M University-Kingsville and Naval Air Station Kingsville, which contribute to the growing local economy. In addition to the combination of history and modern industry, Kingsville offers residents small-town charm and a slower pace of life. A host of quaint shops, boutiques, and cafes line Kingsville’s historic downtown while annual events like the Halloween Carnival, Ranch Hand Festival, and Kleberg Kenedy County Junior Livestock Show bring the community together on a regular basis.

Property Ratings at King Bordeaux Apts
My husband and I lived in these apartments and moved out only because we changed jobs. This is a great place for a comfortable stay. The management is very good. Everyone is friendly, any minor breakdowns were fixed very quickly. We were very happy to live there.
I lived here for 10 years. Staff was always friendly and maintenance was helpful when I needed them as well. Since I worked night shift I liked that it was not very noisy outside and was able to sleep during the day. The only reason I left was because I moved out of town. Otherwise I’d still live there. Living in Bordeaux was great and I recommend this place to everyone.
I've always valued cleanliness and this property is nice and well maintained. I always see the maintenance team working and striving to keep clean and well kept. The apartments themselves are spacious and comfortable. Definitely recommend
I've lived here going on four years! The staff is excellent. Whenever I have an issue the maintenance staff is prompt. The Manager is professional and friendly. I would highly recommend Bordeaux apts to friends or family looking for a place to live.
I have lived here for 2 years and have had no problems. The manager Dora is great and always available for any questions or concerns I have and Maintenace is always available. They keep the place clean and picked up. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a small apartment complex.
I lived in this property for a few years. Maintenance was great. The staff is excellent Place is quiet and clean. I highly recommend this place.
Very friendly staff and a very clean environment. The apartment complex manager is Dora and in the time I have been here has done an excellent job in taking care of any issues, maintenance or otherwise, that may have cropped up in a timely and efficient manner. The head maintenance man, Victor, knows his stuff and has been able to deal with any issue that has arisen regardless of the complexity. In closing let me say I have lived here nearly 4 years now and have absolutely no intention in moving elsewhere for the foreseeable future.
I have been renting here for almost 2 years and love It! Staff is awesome and very quick to address any fixes quickly. Lots is amenities! Pool, washer dryer hook up and most important...A DISHWASHER! Every mother's dream?? #1 in kingsville!!
Moved here 2 years ago and I have been highly pleased with Bordeaux apartment. Great management and maintenance team that work extremely hard to address any issues I have and fix any apartment discrepancies that I report in a timely manner. The apartments are located conveniently to shopping centers, Walmart is just right across the street, and the naval base is about 3 minutes away. The complex is very quiet and a great place to live and I would highly recommend! Thank you management for a great living appearance!!!!!
Moved here for graduate school 3 years ago and was very pleased with the facilities. Management was great, and maintenance was addressed in a timely manner. Apartment was clean and more than comfortable for my needs. Bordeaux apartments are conveniently located near shopping centers, the university, and the interstate. I would like to add, that as a student, this complex is fairly quiet and allowed me to study without any distractions. Great place to live and would highly recommend!
I lived here for three years while attending school and would recommend these apartments to anyone on a budget. The apartments are clean and mostly modernized except for one or two older fixtures you may come across like a land-line input for example. In the building I was located, I had no issues with noise or neighbors. Maintenance and staff were the epitome of friendly service, and I do believe you will be hard-pressed to find service that measures up elsewhere in Kingsville for the price. What few maintenance orders I put in came swiftly, and I was not made to wait for days on end. The apartments are located conveniently across from walmart, and HEB is about a 4 minute drive if you're so inclined. The naval base is approximately 2 minutes away and TAMUK campus is approximately 10. I really must say that when living in a town that is not your home, the apartment you do choose to call 'home' can really make the difference for the time you find yourself there, and to me Bordeaux really did feel like home.
This is one of the best places to live in Kingsville! The complex is quiet (if you don't like alot of noise) and the management is friendly and efficient. Whenever there's a problem or something needs fixing, the manager makes sure it is taken care of right away. I have lived here for 3 years so far, and by far this has been my best experience at aparment living!!! Thank you Dora and team!!!
Our family has been living at Bordeux Apartment for 3 years. It is safe and conevenient to stores. I love the managenent, Dora, has been amazing and provided our family with comfort. We are raising a disabled daughter and Dora has provided private disabled front parking. My daughter's disabilty has been taken into account to provide easement in her care. This complex is safe and has friendly workers such as Jesus and Victor. If anything ever breaks they are prompt and always respectful to fix it. They don't super glue broken things, they order it if they don' t have it. They keep me in the loop with when the project will be done. The grounds are always clean. It is kept up with regular maintenance with flowers and pest control. You will not find a better reasonable friendly complex than Bordeux Apartments. I just signed my 4 year lease and you can not put a price on safety and friendly staff.
