Property Ratings at King Place Apartments
I am a long time resident of King Place. I have been here 18 years and I love it here. Management is great, maintenance is great and I am happy with my apartment. Yes, there is no dishwasher but for just me there is not need for one. Since we had a change in management 6 years ago this place has come to life. We love our manager. She holds resident functions and socials. We never had that before. The previous couple to ran this place never did anything for us residents and maintenance was awful. The manager was a mean old woman and had us all scared to say anything. Our current manager is nothing like that. She is fair and professional. I have never seen her be nothing but nice to anyone. I am sure if you are one to not follow community rules she would enforce them. This is why the community is as nice as it is. Since this manager has been here, we now have a clubhouse to use and event, we have a library with books and movies free to borrow and even a business center. I highly recommend this complex to anyone who is looking.
I currently live here and my apartment is great. I love this property and there is nothing wrong with my apartment. My cabinets were fin. Any time I have approach the manager she has been friendly and kind. I don't know what groupies this ex resident is talking about but all you need to do is drive here and ask any one of us how we like it and you will get the same consensus, we all appreciate our manager and all she does for us.
First of all there are no dishwashers in the kitchen, and the out side of the cupboards are pealing and falling apart. The Floors are not tile. They are vinyl and black glue or something seeped up between the vinyl squares in my apartment and was very difficult to get it up! There is no pantry and no instant hot water during the winter. In the summer, the cold water even runs very warm. The current Manager does not live on the property, Is this what is called false advertising or human error? The current manager, does not appear very friendly when approached at times. She appears to be moody and does not want to be bothered by those that are not her "groupies". The elderly residents at King Place are friendly, helpful, kind, and do not deserve nor need to be treated in such an unkind manner for any reason by any one. I could say more, but just want to move forward and live out my days happy and comfortable as I am now.
