Not happy
I've lived here almost one month and I would not recommend it to anyone. There is a half inch gap between my front door and the frame that I asked them to fix as soon as I moved in that still hasn't been done. I go up to the office twice a week and it's always "we'll get it done today" but maintenance still hasn't fixed it. I can't control the gnats in my apartment because of this gap. No matter how many I kill, they keep coming. I can't make a sandwich or a salad without gnats getting into my food. The kitchen drawers are just hanging there with no support and can't be used, so all my kitchen ware is still in boxes. They keep saying they'll fix that too, but nothing so far. I'm just fed up.

Poor maintenance
Been needing repairs for quite some time now and it seems like management doesn't even care,management cares more about the people moving in than the people who already live here,find some where else to live if you can...do not recommend at all!

After almost fourteen years of residency at our Kings Crossing community - in the same Unit - and having been served by at least five different management groups during that period, BH Management has come in and exceeded all of its predecessors in support of our neighbors and maintenance to the property. I'm Home . . .

Villas at Kings crossing has great customer service and the maintenance guys are smart when it comes to repairs.The maintenance guys will work on your repair until its fixed and I love that. Office management is very patient and handles things completely to get the job done for the resident.

The truth
I wish I could give them a half of a star . Don't move out there the apts are crap , mold, sugar ants and roaches. The apts are very old and lease office don't do a good job of keeping the apts nice. My dish washer never worked or my heater . The a/c units are old. They property is just nasty . The office is never open or answer the phone , they are very unorganized, don't have any maintenance guys or is just short staffed. Something. Worst experience in an apt ever !

About 50 years old and poorly maintained. Inadequate air conditioner for hot climate. Poor management across the board. One sided lease contract.
