Kings Hill Apartments

After the pandemic, new owners, who are not native to El Paso, purchased the property. Not long after that, they started raising rates and cutting maintenance-related costs by making the renter responsible for AC/Heater upkeep, etc. Since the out-of-towners purchased the property, they have hiked rent by about 15%, a trend which continues to this day. Of course, the fault isn't theirs! It's the economy, stupid! It's "inflation," stupid; of course they're not just trying to take advantage of the economic headwinds to get more money out of your pocket! How dare you even suggest that. These people have no soul. There's a reason why these old apartments have been below market average for 10-15 years, maybe longer; but don't let the lead paint waiver in the lease scare you! As long as the owners get their cut, let them eat cake.

I moved here at the beginning of September and I am so happy here. I have a loft apt and it's awesome. There's a generous patio with a storage room with killer views of the mountains and city. I really like the whole complex. It's clean and quiet. Friendly neighbors. The laundry rooms are really nice too. Big baskets in the washing machines and you can pay by scanning them. The gym is nice and so are the pools and picnic areas. I can always find a parking spot close to my apartment. Management was very nice and easy to work with as well. I am new to El Paso, but I feel very at home here.

Kings Hill Apartments are without a doubt the coolest and most peaceful apartments I have ever rented at. I have lived in my loft with a spectacular mountain view of downtown for two years now. To give you some perspective, on the adjacent hill are million dollar homes with the same view, making Kings Hill Apartments one of a kind, especially with the affordable price of rent. Not to mention the excellent Management team who have always been extremely kind and helpful in any request I have had. Ask for Karla, she rocks! Maintenance is extremely hardworking and friendly as well. I highly recommend these apartments if you are looking for peace, privacy and a beautiful view.

Karla in the office and Thomas in Maintenance are fantastic! They were always responsive to any questions or issues. We loved living there!

Definitely worth the trip to check out their one bedroom one and a half bath apartment! One of the nicest, most unique floor plan that I have seen. Great quiet community.

It’s only been my 3rd month living at this complex and I have nothing but good things to say. My downstairs toilet wasn’t working and it was fixed that SAME day, the laundry rooms are always open and clean with working machines. The office staff are so friendly and always willing to help even at the last min (it’s gotta be reasonable tho). I’ve lived at two other complexes and the services their were bad from the time they would take to respond to the shotty work that would be done. It’s a great location with amazing views and with everything only a short drive away can’t really complain

Kings Hill Apartments is a great, safe and quiet community. I have been living here for two years and I am beyond pleased with the customer service that I receive from the office staff and maintenance. Living here offers a great location, as you are minutes away from grocery stores, restaurants, bars and any other entertainment that you may be interested in. The best thing about the property is the views! Looking forward to continuing my residency here.

I made an account just to leave this review, I don't like leaving reviews but I was so surprised with the front desk staff here. Frequently received horrible customer service. Front desk staff is rude and unprofessional, wish I could give zero stars.

I lived here for two years while I attended UTEP. Mary and the front desk staff made everything from move in to move out super easy! They always answered my questions and concerns in a timely and effective manner. They always remembered my name and asked how me and my puppy were doing. The maintenance staff was also really great. The only problem I had here was with my HVAC unit/electric bills but everyone did what they could to help me fix it and we came to a good compromise and solution in the end. Plus you can’t beat this complex’s location/price combo. There is tons to do in the area. They were very pet friendly in regards to my puppy and the neighbors were kind and respectful as well. I HIGHLY recommend this complex for people looking for a safe, affordable and all around awesome place to live in El Paso!

We stayed at El Paso for 8 months. The place is great. The service is great. The view is amazing. I got a new job, thus, had to leave the city. Otherwise, had no plan to move out. I was in a 2 bed 1 bath apartment and it was very spacious. The only problem is that you need a car otherwise have to walk for 15-20 minutes to go to the top of the hill (where the apartment is!!).

I just finished a year at this apartment. I loved it here. I lived in a town home that had tons of space (and storage space!) and it was an amazing apartment, especially for the price. Great views and scenery, cozy apartments, and really friendly staff. The only problem is can think of is that the buildings are older, so they aren't very energy efficient, and that can lead to higher electric bills, but when I left, they were starting to do energy upgrades to apartments. If I hadn't moved to another city for work, I'd still be at king's hill.

I live in a one bedroom loft and the neighborhood is so nice. Super private and quiet. The apartments have brick walls which was different than other places I saw and it looks really good. Whenever I have people over I show off my view lol Staff is always helpful! The only thing is its kinda far from base ( ~20min ) I've been here 6 months and I plan on renewing my lease next year.

My apartment is amazing! I love it!! Especially the view I have, I can see the whole city! It is very cozy can't wait to use the chimney I have in the winter! I have only been here for 3 months and I'm so in love!
