Property Ratings at Kings Landing
Been living here for over 5 years. If anything big breaks down, the process for maintenance is ridiculous. It takes weeks to replace anything and you would even have to live without an AC/heat for weeks no matter how hot or cold it gets without any alternative. Good luck moving into this place.

RENTER BEWARE! While this place presents nice on the outside, the property and the management are atrocious. We have lived here for 6 months and it’s been nothing but a constant headache. “Renovated” units have dirty walls, scratched floors and pet stained carpets. We didn’t have blinds installed in our unit for 5.5 months because corporate couldn’t pay their bills and the blinds company froze their account. In December, we were without water for 11 days. In March, our AC unit stopped working and has yet to be fixed 6 weeks later. The maintenance team here is a joke. Their communication skills are terrible and they act annoyed whenever they have to do their jobs. Most problems require another contractor because they can’t preform the any of the tasks themselves. The property is run down and poorly kept. Most of the doors to the inside the buildings are broken so nothing is secure. The fire alarms go off constantly, the elevator and parking garage gate break down constantly. I would not recommend anyone to live here

I have lived at King's Landing for 3 years & consider it a very nice place to call home. This location is ideal! There are so many restaurants, shops, offices, and hospitals nearby. The apartments themselves are very modern, neat, clean, quiet, & pet/ kid friendly. It is a very safe area! Key cards are required to enter any of the buildings, Gym, & Lounge/Business Center. The parking deck is also easily accessible so I don't have to worry about my car during the hail/snowy seasons. The new management is great! They value their tenants, take good care of the property, & even provide free breakfast! The only cons of this property would be that the fire alarms are overly sensitive and maintenance issues could get resolved a tad quicker. Overall I would recommend King's Landing as a nice place to live. Ask for Ryan & he will take good care of you as he has taken good care of my family!
I was new to this country moving from India and for my wife a move from Connecticut was tough leaving her family and friends. House hunting 10 months ago finding the right place to live in St Louis. After quite a few options we ran in to Kings Landing after we knew the area was a good residential community. Quite and 10 minutes from almost everything(Airport/Hospitals/grocery/50 restaurants/Police Station/Fire Station/DMV/Movies/Post Office!!! Kings Landing landed as our #1 pick. The rooms are really good and spacious and because they were built in 2007 they look brand new and kudos to the maintenance team who keep them nice and tidy. A fully covered parking with quick breakfast served every weekday was almost too good to be true, but It is true!! And a gym where I work out every day in the morning with a brand new treadmill and elliptical and if tired hit the lounge upstairs for some books or some TV or quick hot drink from the coffee machine. They also have a business center and a gift wrapping station. Last but not least access card secured for entry, I definitely feel safe and at home in Kings Landing!!
I have lived in this complex for about a year now and the majority of my experiences have been positive. As a student, my apartment has proven to be a quiet study environment. The fitness center has also been great. Secured/gated entry was at the top of my list of requirements and having both is definitely a plus. I would recommend this complex to anyone who is willing to pay the rent.
