Property Ratings at Kings Park Plaza Apartment Homes
I wouldn't recommend this apartment tower. Once a nice place to live, it has become filthy and loud. All floors have multiple offenders blasting their music/television to the point of hearing it across the hall. I took my light fixture down because the vibration made it impossible to sleep. The elevators routinely break and smell like beer and or urine (it's not always pet urine). Security is poor, people's unregistered roommates break the key fob doors so they can enter freely. This apartments close proximity to DC has been over ridden by filth and noise pollution. If your not trapped in a elevator or frustrated from the wash rooms consistently being broken, the lack of sleep provided by your noisy neighbors will make you regret living here. But hey, Metro is walkable so there's that.
I needed to move quickly and the price was ok. While moving in multiple other renters told me i would hate it here and to ‘get my money back’. I resolved to have my own experience but I should have heeded the warnings. The building is in disrepair with big and vermin problems. The lady in the front office (fourth front office person in the six months I’ve been here!) is nice enough but doesn’t have a lot of information- you have to go to corporate for that. Corporate that picks and chooses what emails/calls they respond to. That offer, in writing, contradictions and accusations in professional correspondence. I wouldn’t recommend anyone move here until management changes and repairs are made. Not suitable for families. Police are in parking lot and running through halls constantly. You could pay front office and come home to a note on your door accusing you of non payment (multiple occasions). If you’re desperate ask your new neighbors for their experience
Truthfully speaking I am enjoying the Kings Park Plaza community it is no different from any where else. In this world we live in today you will always see the good, the bad and the ugly. Being at Kings Parks Plaza for 6 years now have been a great atmosphere for me and my family. I have no problems with the staff nor the tenants. Kings Park Plaza is just as good as any other community to me. I love the apartment I am living in currently. I have no complaints with the way things are being run. We sometimes complain about the small things but yet we never give Kudos to those who have help us when a situation rise up and we can't make our agreements to be met on time. I can say that Kings Park Plaza staff has worked with me the entire time I have lived their. Any other community would have probably toss me to the curb by now. You want to live somewhere you can feel satisfied move into Kings Park Plaza and you will see for yourself. Trust me! I am enjoying living where I am with my family.

Thank you for the 5 stars. We are glad you love your home.
This is a nice apartment. It is near my work, accessible to transportations: bus and it is near to metro. It is also accessible to shopping area which very important for people who does not have vehicle. Staff are courteous.
