Westover is a large neighborhood about seven miles west of Downtown Fayetteville. The neighborhood is also located directly south of Fort Bragg, one of the nation's largest military bases, so it’s a great option for military employees and families. This suburban neighborhood has multiple schools, parks, restaurants, and shopping plazas. Westover is also home to Cross Creek Mall, the city’s largest mall. Similar to many areas in North Carolina, Westwood has a low cost of living and is known for its affordability. There are several apartments, houses, condos, and townhomes available for rent that will fit a variety of budgets. There are even some residences that have nice views of Westover’s lakes. Although Westover is laden with amenities, residents appreciate having access to Interstate 295, Route 401, and All-American Freeway to reach other locales.

I have been living here for the past 3 years. This property is safe, The friendly office and maintenance staff works quickly and efficiently to deal with any issues that may arise.
Went on tour today and I must say that I love this property. Not just the property but Kevin as well. He told me everything about the property and asked what in particular was I looking for. I told him I had big bulky furniture and I work from home and he took me to an apartment that fit my budget as well as my needs! I encourage anyone to call this property and let Kevin work his magic. You will not be disappointed!
been living here for about a month and have had a great experience in regards to my concerns being heard & resolved. maintenance requests are fulfilled quickly as well :)
This apartment complex is so gross and disorganized. There was mold and dirt in the kitchen when I moved in. The leasing office is impossible to communicate with and helps with absolutely nothing. The maintenance around the complex is awful, there is dog poop everywhere. They will not fulfill your maintenance requests!!! This is a terribly run apartment complex. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
You see pictures online thinking the apartment looks good and it’s not. They don’t match up. Apartment was flee infested, smelled of urine and had urine on baseboards. Smelled so bad made you sick. Told to put the air up and fan on. Seriously!! Would not recommend anyone going to this place. Staff never showed or explained to me where the pool was or gym, etc.. had food and cat toys in apartment. Was told cleaning crew would come to clean and never did.
They have a great staff. The staff is very generous. The manager is very nice. The maintenance staff will attend to your problem in the apartment right away. The apartment complex has a beautiful pool to swim in during the summer. A nice gym to work out. The apartment is very clean and spacious.
Be careful with these people. They tell you to apply online on their website and you will see some apartments. The website says accepting applications for October. Some apartments on the website are on a waiting list and some are available. When you apply to the available apts. and pay, they will tell you later that you are on a waiting list because the website wasn't updated and they have like 50 people applying. The available apartments they show on the website are not available as shown and you have to wait too long to get approved or not. So please call and be sure the available apartments you see online are not on a waiting list. Nobody wants to keep paying for applications and expending money to be on a waiting list.
Inadequate parking. Abandoned vehicles. Bug problem. Several leaks (not the only resident with this issue). The phone goes unanswered. Maintenance creates damages when making repairs. Apartment was not clean upon move in. Residents allow dogs to roam free and do not pick up after them. Gym was filthy when open. Management makes idle promises and often doesn't even respond to complaints.
The most I've paid to live in an apartment and the worst place I've ever lived! Been having maintenance issues since I've moved in and the staff are horrible! I'm just counting down the days until my lease is up at this point!

This is a wonderful place to live! Not only are the apartments clean and cozy, but all the amenities are terrific with pools and exercise space, but it's safe in a gated community and is only a couple minutes from great shopping and grocery stores! I highly recommend joining this community!

If you are in the Fayetteville area and are looking for a place to live, Kings Cross and Pointe Apts have all of the amenities TWICE. Two sets if gyms, pools, parks, recreational rooms, and offices to choose from. Lots of monthly resident activities as well. Pretty affordable and at a central location too.

Kings Pointe Apartments is an ok area to live. It has been under new management that has made some improvements for the residents. It has a good staff and a good gym. There are problems that I have noticed since I have lived here. Parking is a big problem. If you are not early, then you can park about 3 buildings down. I have had problems with the system to pay rent. I enjoy not having to worry about paying, so I choose autopay. I have had to go in a make manual payments all the time. The walls are thin and you can hear a lot of conversations, sounds and movements. I gave it 3 stars, because nothing about it stands out.

This is a great way of living if you are pet friendly and kid friendly. The area is right in the center of Fayetteville, so it's a lot to do for kids, adults, in town guest. Unlike other areas in the city this fits everyone's needs as far as shopping, entertainment, and restaurants.
